Fantastic room, but the pool area needs to be reformed

The room (Luxury) was very big and confortable and the bathroom included a very good hydro tub. The Hotel location was marvellous, one of the best spots at Barra Beach, with very nice restaurants in the surroundings.

The pool area seemed to be in a bad status of conservation, requiring an urgent reform. We were not able to open the sun umbrella over the external tables and no one showed up to help us. So, we decided to go inside where the chairs were not very confortable,

No free bottled water in the rooms and no free coffee or coffee stations in the room or lobby areas. Also for the 5 star hotel it felt a bit old and underwhelming.

Location, breakfast, swimming pool, view to the sea. It was great as low season but sure it will be comfortable at the pool area in the summer.

Bedrooms need some modernising. It would be good to have táxi recommend by the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient, a lot of restaurants and shops in the area.

A bit run down facilities, small pool and moldy shower. The area is generally nice, but a bit sketchy (prostitutes in the corner, panhandlers in the streets, etc). Conventions are going on all the time so long wait times for elevators.

Location and price were very good. Did not have breakfast there because there was no a la carte option and buffet was about us$30.

Wifi in my room was very poor. Not a very good gym. Asked for just a spoon for my room and they wanted to charge me US$2.25. Amenities were quite poor.

Great hotel, pleasant staff, clean room, but need to pay attention to details and improve their gues

Best thing about this hotel are : access to the beach, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff.

The bathroom needs big time fixing, silicone sealant are broken, mold everywhere, mold under water glass… ( see photos) Hotel Manager was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. They asked me to pay an extra £40 because I checked in 4 hours prior to checking time, although my room was ready ?!?!!!
