New property so everything was as expected. Good condition, clean and working
Not the largest room but very well planned.
Booking. Com let me down.
I had booked breakfast at this venue, it hadn’t shown up on my confirmation booking, and wasn’t on their system.
The staff member wasn’t particularly helpful and quite blunt.
Trying to get hold of Booking wasn’t easy, so I gave up.
So paying extra for breakfast, not getting it and then having to buy elsewhere soured the experience.
Lesson learned. Take screenshots.

staff were very good, the room was clean and had plenty charging points. Liked the WIFI, worked far better than last time I was at the super 8. The shower was better too.
The heating was fiddly, the instruction card on the wall didn't make it clear how to operate the mode selector (so it was on cold fan until I worked out how to change it). The bed was comfortable enough but too low to the floor and the disability sink was too small and too low to the floor to use. I'm sure if I was a wheelchair user these facilities would be far more useful.

Would be nice to have more control of lighting in room, but its not a biggy.

The bed was comfortable, the dining room served reasonable food & the room mwas quiet.
The hotel does not have a/c and our bedroom was uncomfortably hot and this meant disturbed sleep.
