Camere ampie e ristrutturate di recente, colazione con poca scelta ma buona, personale molto gentile anche se non parlano inglese però ci siamo comunque capiti a gesti. Parking gratuito nel retro dell hotel anche se l’accesso è un po’ difficoltoso

Room is spacious and it has AC, which is kind of rare in Europe in this price range. Breakfast is good enough and staffs are friendly and helpful.
Not a big deal but AC was making ver loud noise every 10mins or so.

It’s located close to everything, just minutes from the train station. you can walk to the lake and several coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel has an old charm and a very local feel to it. They allowed early check in, which was very nice.
We stayed in August - The room we stayed in didn’t have an air conditioner, and it got very hot during the day. There was no fridge or kitchenette . Only two electrical plugs in the room, which we had to use for small fans to control the temperature- so it was a bit of a juggle to charge any devices.

"Location - most convenient. 5 min walk from Sarnen train station which has direct trains to Luzerne and Interlaken.
Rooms are quiet and very cozy. Heater works perfectly.
Breakfast is very good.
