I arrived a bit late and photos are not matching the view as i got the bigger room with balcony The answer was it is random as system choose this room As i already arrived late Room below exceptions as well as the balcony view in 2 floor Price for value is very high should be lower it dosnt worth the price I d give for breakfast and stuff 10/10 Otherwise below my expectations

I discovered that there was not receptionist available and that entire check in process had to be completed through a machine. I really dont like the self check in. Is difficult particulary for older adults. Guest over 60 years old may find the process confusing and stressing. Not everyone is comfortable with digital systems snartphone applications. I found the experience impersonal and frustating. After a long journey, no member of staff available to answer questions, provide information and assist with any issues that may arise. Had known in advance that there would be no reception service I might have reconsidered my booking. I beleive this information should be cleary communicated to guest before arrival.

The self check in The absence of receptionist

The room, the location, the breakfast, coffee at restaurant and the lady at the restaurant who is very positive and creates positive emotions. I really liked the check-in system. I would like to suggest that you put some information somewhere where people can find that "reservation number" as it took me some time to find it. Perhaps when confirming the reservation, include that "reservation number" in the message. An important thing to improve: The toilet in the room should have a light that doesn't connect to the ventilation system and a door with at least some sound insulation. If someone is sleeping in the room and someone goes to the toilet, it's very noisy. This is the scenario when everything is beautiful but not comfortable (toilet) :).

Good breakfast, and easy self check-in

Way too expensive considering the lack of service ; non existent staff, a common area for tea & coffee stuck in the middle of the staircase. Coffee machine was leaking, hot water gushing out. And if you like privacy while in your bathroom, forget about it!
