A Perfect 10 for a Perfect Stay!

I like everything! It is just few steps away from Lungern RmYrain Station. It has Amazing view of the beautiful Lungern Lake from their rooftop. Their Breakfast is fantastic! It is 10 minutes walk to the lake. They have the best and exceptional customer service. I commend all the staff specially Ruth and Barbara . Appreciate that they open the restaurant early just to accommodate us as we need to catct the train. We'll surely recommend to our friends and family visiting Switzerland.

Very nicely renovated and well-kept hotel. Self-check in without problem and excellent breakfast.

Hotel is very nicely renovated with lots of "eye food", i.e. nice decoration and lots of practical hints (e.g. restaurant recommendations) placed in visible places. Breakfast fantastic, owner very friendly. Check-in is without reception but process is clear and worked without any problem (you just need your reservation number at hand).

Without hesitation, we'll book here again - a truly exceptional find!

Absolutely ideal location - mere steps from the train station yet miraculously quiet with superb soundproofing. The generously sized room treated us to picture-perfect views from every window. Breakfast service was delightful thanks to the genuinely friendly staff.

Though the digital check-in process required some patience initially (new technology always does!), it couldn't detract from our fantastic stay.

Nice hotel in a beautiful place!

Lungern is so beautiful! After a week of visiting crowded cities it was amazing to slow down a little and enjoy the Swiss alps. Gorgeous town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great! Right by the train station! We enjoyed renting a kayak and paddle boat down by the lake and a gondola ride to the top of the mountain.

Check in was a little tricky with 3 rooms but that was probably my fault. We would have loved to rent bikes. It didn’t find anywhere to do that.

Beautiful location and cute little B&B, midway between Lucerne and Interlaken

The best part of the stay was the location. Set in a beautiful village, 15 mins near to the beautiful lake and just beside the Lugern train station, the location is very nice. The rooms are average size, tastefully done. The breakfast spread is descent and the dining area is beautifully crafted with lot of article that you can buy too. Self checkin was easy and there is an open luggage room to keep your luggage in case you want to go around before checkin/after checkout in the locality. The walk in the locality, meeting warm villagers and the beautiful location is theraupetic.

With public transportation, know that there is only a train every hour (to Interlaken / to Lucerne), so you will have to plan your travel to avoid long waits for the train

Good breakfast, and easy self check-in

Way too expensive considering the lack of service ; non existent staff, a common area for tea & coffee stuck in the middle of the staircase. Coffee machine was leaking, hot water gushing out. And if you like privacy while in your bathroom, forget about it!

Everything is going well, the location is extremely convenient, just behind the train station, one minute walk, and there are not many stairs, the road at this distance is very flat, the room is large and very clean.

Everything. Self check-in is really convenient, and it's easy to use. The details are very thoughtful to travelers. I like the concept and it is really important that all of us should save the nature resources. Its fresh breakfast tastes so great that I can't forget it. Good place to visit Berner Oberland, with a bit of transport

The breakfast was perfect. Lungern was a bit far from the activities we wanted to do but we knew it (Lauterbrunnen, oeschinensee, etc).

Pillows were a bit flat.

a place worth staying

we liked everything, from room to location. the hotel is located near to the train station and you have a nice view over the mountains. Also near the hotel is a farm where you can see the cows and some other animals. we traveled as a family with a toddler and this was a highlight for him. the hotel has also an outdoor playground and for indoor a lot of toys . breakfast was also very good and the service was super friendly.

the only point is that the rooms are not very good isolated. The child has an early bedtime and we had loud neighbours. But after 9 PM was quite.
