Staff are great. The rooms are nice and clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. And the restaurant was great.

Comfortable and cosy room with a nice mountain view. Restaurant downstairs providing good quality food.

Staff very strict about check-in times. Under sized parking provided particularly during busy hours for the restaurant.

Beautiful historic building modernised to high standard and lovely authentic chalet style

This is a relatively small point but important for people like me who have dietary restrictions. I mailed in advance to ask if a gluten free breakfast could be supplied, the hotel were quick to respond and it was noted in the booking at arrival. A gluten-free bread roll was supplied but the muesli had to be taken away as it was not gluten free. The meats and cheeses and a lovely yoghurt were provided and when I asked if it was possible to maybe have some fruits an orange was provided. It would be great ( and easy) to have gluten free muesli packs similar to the regular breakfast offer and maybe some rice cakes or crackers. Just suggestions to make the GF breakfast as good as the regular offer with its selection local breads, gipfeli and muesli
