Vraiment TOUT, le personnel tellement gentil et serviable, les infrastructures pensées pour les enfants, le restaurant, le musée magnifique, la chambre avec toboggan incroyable, le petit-déjeuner tellement trop bon, les petites attentions, un énorme MERCI

L'endroit et la décoration sont magnifiques. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les WC hygiéniques. Le petit déjeuner présenté dans une boîte en bois était parfait.
Par contre, la chambre donnant sur le devant de l'hôtel était très bruyante. Le local de repas était aussi très bruyant. La dame à la réception n'était pas très sympathique. Le coût de CHF 15.00 par personne pour visiter le "musée de la vache" est très excessif, surtout pour les résidents de l'hôtel.
