Best thing about our stay was the location of the hotel: on walking distance of various hiking routes so that we hiked every day of our stay. Also, the room was very clean upon our arrival. The room was cleaned every day, which is very nice. The owner is a kind and hospitable.
The room is very small and just as the bathroom rather outdated. The breakfast is very simple and did not meet our expectations.

Amazing bed and duvet, clean and not too much noise from the road. Breakfast included. Parking available.
For the rooms with the shared bathroom/toilets, the bathroom is very small, so tall or large people beware.

The staff was incredible. Very helpful and accommodating. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. Best of all was the view of Reichenbach Falls from the window - especially when lit up at night.
Room had no AC and it was over 80 (in May). There were no fans available as well. Open windows finally cooled it down for sleeping after 11PM. The bathroom was very cramped. So much so that the sink was basically inaccessible.
