Nice alpine living

A nice yet simple room in a typucal alpine hotel, ok location close to Pilatus Bahn. Very nice, helpful and flexible staff.

Opposite the streer there’s a church that seems to have a habit of lengthy bell shows at 5 AM… Quite expensive, but well, it is Switzerland after all :)

We loved our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is consistently clean and has a lot of history to it. We staff are very nice and friendly. We love the breakfast spread and the friendly staff who always serves with a smile.

Old building; check-in needs improvement

-Breakfast was good

-Old floors, you hear everything on the floor above -Had to go 2 times to call someone from the restaurant to do the check in, after waiting 15m between calls. They had "forgotten" about us the first time. -Expensive for the money (but that's just Switzerland in general, at least in accomodations prices)

parking available, property is a wintage and nice, staff is hospitable, there is a small play area for kids.. location is nice with a church nearby...food options are very limited nar as hotel doesn't have any halal options.

An excellent budget friendly hotel and close to Alpnach Bahnhof for Pilatus.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The was just right for one person. The included breakfast was excellent with local items and dinner was great in both presentation and taste.

The stuff of the hotel is the heart of it. All of them were so kind, attentive, and friendly. They made the stay amazing. All around, there was so much detail paid.

The menu of the restaurant was not very diverse. Great for meat lovers, I guess, but no suitable for vegetarians.

what I loved most was the town where it is located, the people in the morning breakfast where sweethearts and very attentive, really great location near train station and easy access.

in my room the last night where more than 2 wasps and the first nights there weren’t any

non smoking room but smokes wafts in from the restaurant downstairs. very tired in need of a renovation including new better quality bed sheets and pillows. front desk staff were ok but not overly friendly. very over priced for what you get.
