I loved how all our 3 rooms were very close to each other and it made it very convenient. Rooms were clean and tidy, comfortable and warm. Overall, the ladies loved it. Thank you! We hope to be booking with Essex Arms again.
The only negative was that the fridges from 2x rooms made bird-like noise, which was quite annoying, but we tried to ignore it.

All I really wanted was a safe bed for the night. The young man that signed me in was very courteous.
Toilet seat was very loose. Also I couldn't get a TV signal but didn't worry about it. When using wifi, it kept buffering.
