The hosts were wonderful. The room was large and clean. Cooked breakfast was great. Quiet room. Close to Hamilton Lake.

The owners were very nice and flexible. Great communication. The rooms had double glazing, so even though the street was busy we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The linen was clean and tidy, and the facilities were clean.
A compendium of local businesses for eating out, groceries etc would have been helpful.

Needed a motel which was close to local hospital and easy to access. BK filled all our needs, operators helpful and room well serviced and quiet.
No problems at all although microwave oven could have been lower for someone vertically challenged
