Perfect Hamilton getaway

Exceptionally clean and the owner/manager couldn't have been more helpful. He stored our bikes in his garage at no cost.

Clean and organised. Good location. Hosts are lovely and helpful!

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us with our washing and delivered it to our room, dry. Room was open and aired out. We had the spa suite. Kitchen is ready to use and everything was very clean! We were given milk upon our check in for coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Kitchen cutlery and utensils available inside your room! We are looking to return on our travels back to New Zealand.

Nice recently renovated motel. Clean modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and chairs. Big TV and good wifi. Nice staff.

Great Stay, Great People, Great Place!

Everything was super clean, well presented. The staff/owners were so accomodating and helpful to my requests. Also very friendly and welcoming and helped us take our bags to our room. Beds clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was so hot for the spring season. The rooms air conditioning was perfect.

Very happy with the wonderful customer service, excellent condition and comfort of the property.

The facility was extremely well kept and clean. It had all the necessities that we needed. The kitchen in the room allowed us to cook our own meals and re-heat food. The bathroom was in excellent condtion and well supplied with toiletries and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We stayed in many hotels and motels during our visit to New Zealand and this property was by far the best. They actually deserve the 5 star rating they have received. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Everything was top notch. The only item I wish had been supplied was paper towels, but this was a very minor detail compared to everything else we loved about the property.

I really liked the room I had it was private and away from others. I had requested an upstairs room rather than one downstairs, and they kindly accommodated my request. They even offered help with my bags to my room.

Well laid out, good parking, very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette cutlery/dinnerware were clean, I didn't think twice about using them which isn't always the case.

The location wasn't walking distance to restaurants etc, but they were only a short drive away.

Property was perfect location to hospital and stay after surgery.

Hamilton had an Ecoli outbreak while we were there, shutting the schools down etc. The hotel staff did not tell us about this, nor tell us to not drink the water.
