Quest on London

I sent an email 2 weeks prior to my visit to book a car park, I got a response saying that that would be no problem and I would have a car park. When I arrived, I got told there were actually no car parks available despite emailing ahead prior and being told I would have one. I ended up having to carry all of my luggage and work gear alot further then I would have liked which is not easy after 3 knee surgeries and spending over $200 on parking

Great location. Always have high praise for any Quest accommodation. They have this standard that always keeps me coming back. Loved our stay. Staff were awesome and always accommodating. Love that having a washer and dryer is in every room! Helps a lot to have one. Close to mall, places to eat & nice massage parlour about 2min walk. Parking can be paid if parking across the road. LOVED THE SHOWER PRODUCTS!! ❤️ Bonus.

Shower door was a bit hard to stay closed so floor got wet all the time.

Central.location, clean and tidy.

Have stayed her a few times now and the customer service is very mediocre. Can only check in up to 4pm. Made arrangements to check in late but continued to get phone calls and emails asking us to check by 4pm which was agreed that we would not be able to do with agreed late check in arrangements. Also booked a carpark, which when we arrived there was no carpark available and the car stacker couldn't be operated and we had to stand outside trying to talk to someone in auckland who know nothing about how it operated for over 45 minutes. It's just exhausting and too hard.
