A quiet location and a comfortable room

Convenient location within walking distance of the inter city bus terminal. Well appointed with a comfortable bed.

Nice stay in a great location

Spacious room, great amenities (with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer) in a quiet location. The breakfast was also a basic continental style, worth the low cost paid as part of our package.

Unfortunately the power wasn’t working on one side of the room, but could’ve been easily fixed if we raised the issue with the staff.

Location was convenient to my event. I’ve been here previously so there was comfort in returning to what I’m familiar with. Rooms were comfortable

The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in shower were empty. Staff member at check-in was ignorant and came across as rude.

Very pleasant two night stay for Hobbiton wedding.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Hobbiton. Hired a rental car and drove to hotel, was able to park out the front on the street to unload my luggage and the receptionist offered to park my car in the hotel parking for me which was greatly appreciated as the parking was quite tight! Was easy to get the car out for the day to drive up to the wedding. Hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping center.

There was some washing powder and residue that hadn't been wiped up on the washing machine/dryer in the bathroom but this was such a minor thing as I was only there for two nights and it didn't really impact my stay overall.

Bed was a true king.

Didn't like the shower and the llift was very small. The shape of the room made it feel smaller. Good but don't feel it met the Quest expectations (from Sydney).

Parking was poor, desk staff stated that if the car was on racks then no access after 7pm and there was a charge. Had to park on the road outside and be there at 08.00 to top up. Very mix leading on booking .com

The breakfast for 2 consisted of : 1 yoghurt to share 1 apple to share 2 weetbix & milk to share 1 piece of bread each + butter and jam each I cart of juice to share. Just weird and mean .

2 of the shower dispensers didn't work and 1 had crappy tape on it. The stove top numbers are gone so didn't know on from off hot from cold. basic stuff.

An excellent hotel - much more than a room, but a suite.

The location was excellent, walking distance from many excellent restaurants. The room was great- spacious. We loved having a laundry in the room. The parking with stackables is a bit tricky, but the staff is willing to help you park in tight spots. We never had to wait to pick up our car or to wait when we entered the garage. So, do not be put off by this feature.

Our room was tucked away in a quiet area. We had all the things we needed plus more... A washing machine and dryer! The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were impressed at the value for money.

Incredible Staff and Very Comfortable Stay

My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The extra amenities in the bathroom are very appreciated! I was also coming off a week long trip and using the washer and dryer (with detergent!) was incredible. Highlight of the stay was Leo, who was very generous and attentive; lovely interactions and very understanding when I tried to arrive early (failed), arrived late, and asked for an hour later check out due to exhaustion. Leo is very professional and kind.

I had to change my stay from a Friday night to a Thursday night and that change cost me an extra $80. I do not recommend

Parking was an ordeal. There was no Sky TV and the bathroom light switch which also turned on the air filter was annoying as the air filter stayed on after switching off. I found long black hair in my bed, the saving grace it was comfortable.

Good stay despite one rude staff member

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Nice and easy check in with friendly staff member. Good shower pressure. Warm. Good heating.

Parking. Curtains stained. Not able to access another towel or teabags on Sunday. (3guests) Rude reception person on Sunday and same person very rude at check out Monday. Not able to get a receipt on checkout Monday although they were paid on Friday.

Pretty much everything, the room was quite dirty. There was lots of dust, especially in the bathroom. One of the towels was dirty and the shower was full of stains. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the mini fridge made lots of noise. I will never stay here again.

It’s dated, I was in a one bedroom room it had no windows and felt like it was down a rabbit warren. Room and bed were fine, but it felt claustrophobic. This is your no frills type of hotel. If that’s your thing!

Would not come back

The parking needed to be paid for which I’ve never had to do before at a hotel / motel / apartment stay so I wasn’t aware of this and had to leave my vehicle parked on the street which didn’t feel safe. When I left my stay on the Sunday morning there was a drunk leering about on the street so I had to nervously throw my stuff in the vehicle and get in and lock my doors The Tv cast didn’t work and after ringing reception asking for help they said they would come back to me and after waiting a very long period of time I gave up and went to bed when I never heard anything back There was a huge pile of weeds growing in the gutter outside my window which resulted in very loud water over flow all night while it rained.

Great location, clean and easy all around.

I arrived frazzled with my 1 year old and the women in reception was amazing - even upgraded us to room with a separate bedroom for my son. Room was great/clean/warm. Great location all easy.
