Comfortable and Quiet Stay

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although we were close to the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The property is currently under renovations, but this did not affect our stay. I met the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

It made a hard time with family at the hospital easy

This a great location , a short walk to the hospital and good parking so you don’t have try and find a park at the hospital which is always parked out There is extensive renovation going on at the motel and my room felt brand new ,bed was comfortable and nice people

Do not stay in the old unit, it's gross.

Location was good for the event we attended and the bed was comfortable.

We were in an old unit, not yet renovated. The photographs online did not show the shower walls covered in mould, paint peeling from kitchen benches, window sills and cupboards and pen scribbles over walls. There was no milk for a cup of tea when we arrived. When I complained about the quality of the unit, I was told we could move to another suite but at an extra cost. There were permanent residents in the other units.

It was close to the hospital

The bathroom sliding door was not secure and was a safety hazard. The shower valve was loose. The WiFi did not work, either we were provided the incorrect login details or it was just not working. We were following the instructions and tried throughout the night.

Perfect Location For Visit

Bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot. Fridge kept food cold. So handy being able to walk to hospital. The location was perfect. Only used my car when I checked out. My room was even serviced, which I didn't realize was included. Got another fresh, clean towel and bed straightened up and rubbish removed. I would stay here again for the convenience to visit at the hospital.

Shower head kept dropping, but I managed to get it stay up leaning on slider pole. Not a major issue at all.

A good place to stay for those with Hospital appointments who are needing accommodation

Location was close to the Hospital. I had an appointment. Friendly staff and other guests. Value for money. Facilities were better than expected. I was able to extend my stay an extra night which was very appreciated 👏

The noise, however that goes with being central city and near to the Hospital

Nice quiet and clean place. Host was really attentive when needed. Everything you needed was there. Nice big spacious room. Thank you for a pleasant stay. It was convenient to the Waikato Hospital and made my stay safe.
