Spacious, well appointed, comfortable clean and tidy. Great location for my work visit, and reasonably close to the shops/supermarkets. Friendly welcoming hosts.

Would be nice to have a heat pump in the bedroom for those warm summers, but the supplied fan did help for my stay.

Time out in Hamilton

We really liked this apartment as our base. Friendly, helpful host. Spacious, clean, quiet and with a great private lawn in front of an area of bushland. It had everything we needed and a bonus Christmas display.

As a fairly short person I found the elevated positioning of the microwave and the convection oven a bit challenging.

It was very peaceful, homely and a beautiful home. The bed was very comfy, so were the couches. Shower temp and pressure was excellent. Very private and parking was very easy. Also close to the city and in a very nice neighbourhood. Very affordable price for what you get. Would definitely stay again.

The calm and peaceful setting. No traffic sounds just the sounds of the Tui. We were apart from the Main house which gave us plenty of privacy to relax on our own.

Great unit - fully equipped, great location, good off-street parking, great shower, fabulous kitchen, super clean, super comfy bed and the bonus of a friendly cat and lots of tuis!

If you’re after a quiet place to stay in Hamilton, this is it.

This place was great for us, it was quite, no loud music or cars, it was very dark at night so we got some good sleep. Facilities were excellent and a nice outlook on to native bush where we could hear tūīs.

Nice place to stay

Great little B'n'B in a nice quiet location, loved the complimentary breakfast and the coffee capsule. The size of the big blue coffee mugs were perfect! Shower was so good and the bed was really comfy, the selection of a soft and firm pillow was awesome. Felt like a home away from home.

The wooden floor panels in the bathroom were loose and lifting. I caught my toes on them a few times. They really need to be secured down properly to prevent injuries. No handle on the inside of the shower door made it tricky to close the door.

This was a great place to say that wasn’t too inner city, where I could relax by myself and recuperate after work.

I loved the privacy/peacefullness of this property, the spaciousness and the decor. The shower was a great pressure; the bed was super comfy with lots of blankets and good pillows and I really appreciated the electric blankets. The owners were very kind and relaxed.

It was cold. The heater did a good job of warming it but the air was very cold. I did appreciate all of the efforts to have things to help that.

Fantastic BnB in Hamilton

The unit was lovely and clean with all modern appliances. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom and amenities met our expectations. Very private with garage separating the house from the unit. Very upmarket neighbourhood and our host Dave was lovely. No pictures to share as the photos already provided are accurate. Better than a standard motel room without a doubt. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Dave!

One of the best places to stay at

Everything! Super quiet location, very private, comfortable little unit with pretty backyard. Amazing shower pressure and very comfortable bed. Dave was awesome, super friendly and we've had a nice chat. Nespresso coffee machine AND milk frother was a nice bonus.

The weather :D So we didn't have a chance to try the pool out. But we will definitely be back one day

Beautiful property, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes drive to shops, and an easy drive to the CBD, or Te Rapa. Very private quiet location with views out to private garden. Great space for parking and plenty of room to turn around. There's a garage between the unit and main house which adds to the privacy. WiFi and TV were great, no hassles with connection. Good pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Extra blankets available and plenty of hangers in closet. Everything was good quality and in good condition.

The bed was too firm but that's just a personal preference. I found not having curtains on the sliding doors made it a bit cold inside even with the heater on. Also felt a bit exposed to the outside, even though it was a totally private space.

I liked the peacefulness, the cleanliness, the very comfy bed, and the big huge selection of tv streaming options. The muesli was yummy too!

Microwave was difficult to reach. Some milo / hot chocolate and decaffinated coffee options would be nice.
