The bed has a nice mattress and pillows but I got very sore hips from the mattress - nothing wrong with it just Not suitable for me and I got very little sleep

Excellent customer service, beautiful spacious, clean and well equipt room with a super comfy bed. Large spa bath in the bathroom was an extra luxury although my stay was too short to make the most of it. Easy access and parking on site and great location.

No one at check in or check out had to phone someone to come and they took 10minutes to get there. No key drop on check out left it with other people waiting. Comunication around this should been let know procedure. Shower could do with replacing as rest of room looked newly renovated.

Not impressed. A place to stay for 1 night at the most.

The location is convenient and the staff receptionist was welcoming and polite.

Our room was below the expectations for the price and the description. It didn’t have any cooking plate as described, blind was broken, no extractor fan or window in the bathroom which makes it uncomfortable and somehow unsafe. The pool was out of order, which was one of the main reasons for the booking at the property and there were dead bugs in the room, yet no cleaning tools to remove them. Pretty average ( or below) accommodation for the price.

Very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The host provides all the necessary bits and pieces, and overall I really enjoyed my experience. The space feels cozy and well thought out.

The only small things I missed were a coffee plunger and a bedside light for reading — but everything else was great and made for a lovely stay.

Absolutely perfect for family 💯

Camelot on Ulster was just perfect! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the size was just right for our family. Kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Location is central to everything, and staff were amazing and so helpful. They always went the extra mile for us and we so appreciated it. They checked in every day to change towels and take rubbish etc which was such a nice touch. We will definitely come back here. Thank you!

Not value for the money, very basic.

The room we got was of good size and clean, parking was just outside the door. The room had recently been refurbished and was fresh. The staff were very helpful and responsive replacing the flat TV remote batteries and looking at the sagging shower head with good humour. Quiet and a good location, easy to find

The bed was extremely soft. The shower was over a spa bath which has high sides. The shower itself was below average in pressure, and the control was beyond my reach - I had to stand in the bath to reach the handle. My husband could reach the control from outside the bath but he is 6' tall. The fitting that holds the shower head was loose so very difficult to get under the water as it was directed downwards. Getting out of the bath with it's high sides would be a challenge for an older person with poor balance because of the high sides. Apparently this was a room upgrade getting a spa??? I have stayed at similar motels at lower cost and they provided decent coffee etc for the money. This one had a few sad sachets. I am aware I am being picky but I will not stay there again.
