Outstanding view, easy to get to, with ample parking.
The house needs a bit of time spent renovating. Timbers rotting, window seals flapping in the wind, with walkways down to the river now unsafe.

Location, beautiful view, and lots of space if you're a big group.
Road noise all the time, very hard to sleep.
Stove takes forever to work, dishwasher is too small and doesn't work well - we had to wash dishes by hand and the large basin was not practical. No bbq.
Outside furniture was not comfy. I would be less critical if it was not so expensive. If I paid half the price, I can overlook these things.
