Conveniently located

Poor isolation - can hear people walking and flushing from other rooms. Beddubg could do with a clean and sheets with being put on properly.

Location, location, location - couldn’t be better placed!

Location was excellent, couldn’t have been better placed for the theatre, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and modern with a small kitchenette.

The bed wasn’t the best, the bed frame was a lightweight one that move d every time you sat on it and the mattress was a cheap one. The room was also a little on the small side.

Shower tray got a bit full when having a shower, had to wait for water to drain a couple of times during shower.

Excellent location and tidy on arrival. Easy to access and cute kitchenette for teas and coffees. Excellent value for money.

The shower tray was damaged and so you had to avoid standing on the cellotaped area (!) but the shower itself was good. There was a lot of nighttime noise but it was the night after the races so I would suggest guests bring ear plugs (!) but I guess that’s what you get being located so near to the centre of town.

A great apartment in a great location

A lovely apartment with a great location in Cheltenham. Lots of room and well equipped. Definitely would recommend.

We were on the third floor and there are lots of stairs..............

Our accommodation was exactly as described. The kitchenette was perfect for our 2 night stay.

The location of our room was excellent. All the amenities were within easy walking distance. The radiators in our room were working perfectly and we were very warm; in fact we turned them off most of the time.

It was initially difficult to use the outside code reader. Luckily a member of staff helped us.

Convenient for visiting the theatre.

Staff were pleasant though there was no reason for me to have contact with them as they don't serve breakfast. My bedroom was on the top floor - good view. Fridge was a bonus especially as it was an exceptionally hot day.

I had difficulty with the automatic check-in system but was given help when I rang the property.

It was a little noisy outside, but that's only to be expected ass it was a Saturday night, but by 12.30am it was all quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

Updated room. Great location

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. As mentioned, it is on the 3rd floor with no lift and is a small single room. Not a problem as I travel light and saw this in the description when I booked. The shower was wonderful and I liked having a mini fridge.

Fantastic room in great location

It was a beautiful light room with lovely decor and comfortable bed. The balcony is covered so even though it was raining we could still sit out. The kitchenette is a great idea, well stocked with a little fridge

Hellish experience

- The room was boiling hot - There was no fan and A.C and no advanced warning that the rooms in the summer would be very hot. Too hot to sleep in. - One window opened, but then you could hear drunk people shouting and screaming coming out of the clubs and cars racing around with loud music, people fighting and sirens going all night long until approx 7.30 am. It was a hellish experience. - The shower hardly worked so my partner couldn't even wash her hair - The floor of the room above was creaking whenever people moved. Overall a complete waste of money and totally overpriced.

Annoying bed - while very large - we disturbed each other with every movement . Shower blocked up and I showered in 2 inches of water . Rather strange having to climb out a window to a balcony. Hot room.

Great gem in Cheltenham!

Location and size of the room were fantastic. Facilities were extremely clean, neat and quiet. Bed was very comfortable with bedding high quality . Kitchenette was thoughtfully equipped. Nice touch was the carton of milk in the fridge with tea and instant coffee provided plus biscuits.. Thank you to Lovepreet for the outstanding customer service during my 5 day stay, offering extra towels, refills in kitchenette and room refresh.

Room could have used a table since there was a kitchenette. Also some more comfortable chairs for the balcony.

A cute and well-located room with mini kitchenette and lovely views over Cheltenham's Promenade.

The room was cute and had a mini-kitchen, including granola breakfast which was a nice surprise. The location was ideal to scout out the centre of Cheltenham.

I had no issue with the stairs but if you're staying on the top floor, travel light!
