Stayed at Rooms on The Prom in Cheltenham for one night with the missus, just for a bit of leisure, and honestly it was proper lush. The location’s bang on - right in the middle of the promenade, with shops, cafés, and transport links all a short stroll away. Felt calm, safe, and just easy, you know.
Our room was clean as a whistle and spacy. The kitchen was spot-on too: neat, organised, and perfect for knocking up a bit of brekkie before heading out. Everything about the place just worked - no faff, no fuss, nothing to moan about.
All in all, a cracking stay. Would happily pop back again.

Great location, nicely decorated room, large bed. Liked the little kitchen area and the provision of granola for breakfast which was unexpected and welcome.
Being on the third floor it was very hot and the fan provided didn't do a lot to alleviate the heat but to be fair it was unusually warm for the UK.

Rooms are small … bed is small … to be fair we got a top floor room with no elevator and never knew until we arrived and would not have booked this ! Step steep on third floor ! Room was so hot but the guy did give us a fan ! All I’ll say is everything was pleasant but not at the standard of the reviews in the 8 and above ! I would give it a 7:5 maximum . It’s clean … but bed for two is small and for the stairs alone it’s under 8 !
Steep steps should have been disclosed in the description ! Location is good ! Amenities are basic ! But it was clean !
