The parking was a breeze and the location was spot on ...The room was great , i was on the top floor in a basic room , but it was really clean and had everything i needed , it had a great shower too, i will defiantly book to stay here again

The room was perfect for our needs and the property overall felt upmarket and well maintained. It is in a great location and private parking is a bonus.

Once you’re inside the apartment, everything is perfect. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Great attention to detail including the provision of fresh milk and water in the fridge which is very thoughtful. All furniture is of high quality including the coffee machine and sound system. Having said that, I was very frustrated by the impersonal nature of the communication, and the numerous complicated instructions that preceded the check in, and I wasn’t a fan of having to download a separate App in order to be able to access to the property for one night. One important detail that is not mentioned on Expedia is the NUMEROUS stairs that you need to climb. Narrow and steep, it can take up to 3-4 mins to get to your flat and if you have luggage, you’ll need strong knees and arms. Also not advertised is the cost of parking which needs to be pre_booked and costs a fortune. I was able to park for free on the street (20:00-8:00am is free).

The room was a very generous size, with a large comfy bed and a large delightful window. The kitchenette was equipped with brew facilities, a fridge, complete with fresh milk and water (which i hadn't expected). Location was ideal for me and close to town amenities. And had the option of parking if required. My only criticism was the noise of the doors closing with a bang. It woke me up a couple of times.

The location is excellent, right in town. We used the Mansley car park, which is well priced, so it meant a car free weekend. The bathroom is very well appointed, with a great shower and sparkling clean. The kitchenette area was useful and the room size is spacious. Downside, soundproofing between floors is not great and although they were not noisy, we could hear the people upstairs walking on the floor, their telephone conversations and were woken up by phone alarm (7:30 am Sunday).

The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*

Perfect central location with complimentary parking. We stayed in the deluxe room with the bath which was lovely and spacious over two floors. It was modern, high-end finishes, clean and well equipped with cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Smeg fridge, kettle and a Nespresso machine. We stayed a Saturday night and we could hear the beat and feel the vibrations of the nearby club that must be within the same building. It didn't stop us sleeping and would definitely stay again. This is the only reason I'm giving it a 4 not5* and I doubt the club would be noisy every night plus not all rooms may hear it.

What a fabulous little find this was! The hotel/apartment is clean, high spec, smells amazing and truly lovely! Alayna was super helpful prior to our arrival answering our queries promptly. It’s the small detail that counts and this lace doesn’t disappoint. We will be back - fantastic stay.

The lady on the phone was so helpful so the review doesn’t apply to her and her team. It was a lot smaller than the photos and a very uncomfortable bed the decor was very cute but unfortunately there was noises throughout the night i think from the pipes. The shower didn’t drain properly but for the price it was good just a little disappointing. Overall the staff was amazing but the main things being bed noise and shower and sleep let it down

A great location, just a minute or two from The Promenade. Another plus is having parking (outdoors, a few steps from the front door). The apartment has plenty of excellent features, good quality equipment, air conditioning, excellent shower, coffee machine etc, and is very clean and well maintained, but there's limited sitting space and we found the chairs were not very comfortable. Also, although there's a kitchenette area eg for making coffee, there's no sink so you have to wash cups and glasses in the bathroom. Overall a very pleasant 2-night stay, and Alayna was very helpful.

There was an incredibly annoying intermittent loud buzzing noise that kept me awake for the first part of the night. At first I thought it was the fridge, so I got out of bed and switched the fridge off. Then a few minutes later the intermittent buzzing started again. Eventually I removed the access card from the slot, cutting off power to the room, which made the buzzing finally stop. I think it was probably the air conditioning unit causing the noise. Never experienced such an annoying noise at other hotels. Shame since it otherwise was a good hotel

A wonderful new hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. The car park is an added bonus. We loved the layout and the ease of check-in and room access. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review was the club/pub that backs onto the hotel. The music was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the bass. This is something the hotel has no control over and offer a white noise devise and earplugs but for us it made it a difficult night's sleep.

Alayna was so helpful answering any questions we had regarding access and parking. We booked the twin level mezzanine room and the cleanliness and layout was amazing. The central location is perfect for a weekend getaway. We’ll be using again for sure.

Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.

this is an experience fo0r younger technocrats. no staff at all everything done via a code and your phone So i felt uncared for and just a number the television was so difficult if i wanted cable or via internet as my phone wouldnt hook up with the system Car parking great and the getting in was fine once i realised i needed the code to have a hash at the end of it. Lots of stairs no lift if i had been a 30 something trendy with a love of gadgets it would have been perfect but i am a late 60s technophobe who loves the personal touch more than i had realised Not for me despite a great location.
