The Rooms and the hotel itself is very new and clean, they provide free sweets all over the day as well as water, it is very nice and the stuff is very friendly

Placed between the European Parliament and the charming city center, this hotel was a good base for exploring Strasbourg

All the basics were there. Quiet. Comfortable mattresses. After the first night we slept well. Pleasant shower. Nice staff. Breakfast breads and cheeses were excellent, the grapefruit too. Not far to busses and trams.

Nice to stay.

I liked that the breakfast table was constantly replenished at any time, and there was always freshly squeezed juice. The hotel was quiet and clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to reach the city center on foot. There is also a small park nearby, and the European Parliament is not far away. A safe, comfortable, and cozy place.

I was expecting a wider selection for breakfast. The only hot food available was eggs, which you have to boil yourself (not the most convenient option when you're in a hurry to get to work...).

Room for 3 was small but adequate. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!! Goog enough breakfast was included. Nice walk to the town, but tram also very near when needed. Would stay again :)

Coffee at the breakfast was bad, sorry 😅 Pillows in the room were not the best.

Good stay in upscale version of Ibis

Good location close to the old town. Helpful staff. Nice facilities.

AC was restricted to a somewhat high temperature of 21C (in comparison to 19.5C at other hotels) and was barely moving the needle and seemed to reset in the middle of the night making stay uncomfortable and sweaty. Parking is limited due to space constraints; however, staff recommended an excellent alternative in 5 minutes walk.

Comfortable stay in a quiet area not too far from centre

Not far from tram stop to go to centre, and it's also possible to walk (15 minutes?). Family room (double bed+ bunk beds) Was well thought out. It was quiet at night time. Breakfast was ok.

Strange cleaning product smell as soon as we entered the hotel, causing slight allergy and acid taste in the throat. Breakfast constantly running out of supplies at peak times (juice, coffee, bowls, cutlery : at least two out of these missing at any moment)

Not worth the money for a hotel

We were only provided with 2 towels and when we asked for different towels they told us that towels will be changed after 7 days. Wifi not accessible from the rooms We didn't had our rooms cleaned We didn't had facilities that a hotel provides. It offers facilities as an apartment Really basic breakfast No lights in the corridor Dirty toilet and broken seat

The location , it is in the center

Its very very very dirty, i pay for breakfast and they have only croissant , marmalade opened from another persons , we book for 4 people and we have only 2 towels. No internet connection

The location wasn’t bad. The room my mom and I shared was fairly large.

No water went down the drain during a shower so our whole hotel room flooded and the staff were little to no help at all. We cleaned up the mess with our own towels and that barely made a dent in the amount of water we had (I have long hair so I couldn’t just leave shampoo and conditioner in it.) The maid cleaned out room and just left the large amount of water. They sent a plumber around 6 pm at night and it was no help at all. The room smelled of mold and musky.

The hotel was situated close to public transport options and only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre and the main station. The Brazilian lady on Reception was very pleasant and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The hotel was very basic and not very well cleaned with dust and cobwebs obvious in the room. Our room had only one hand towel and no bath towels for two guests staying for three nights! Also, there was no soap. A trip back down to Reception got these problems remedied, but the situation should never have arisen. Basic requirements in a hotel of any standard. We stepped out of the lift on the second floor on the first evening into an unlit corridor. By sliding our hands along the walls, we eventually found the light switch. We gradually learnt the location of the switches along the corridor to light the way from lift to room. Just as well, as it avoided a possible trip, fall and potential injury that could easily have occurred from the torn carpeting.

no towels in the room upon my arrival. the bathroom had no ventilation and there was a constant bad smell, as if something were burnt. The room had a the barest of furnishings.

Location is a great asset. In general, for 60 euros, I do not expect luxury, I just want it to be clean.

Very dirty, the floor probably hasn't been cleaned in a year. It was sticky and dirty.

I do not recommend

The room was not cleaned. There was dirty cutlery in the sink and garbage bin was not empty. No towels in the room. And the water pipes in the shower were clogged. Curtain was dirty and broken. I asked for cleaning and towels, but when I returned after my work nothing was done.
