A bit noisy late at night

Wunderschönes Zimmer, Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Besser geht es kaum.

Das vielleicht beste Hotel in Straßburg. Super Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und ein sehr freundliches Personal.

Location of the property is great for the central attractions and the quality of the products used (bed, linen, carpets, food) were all execellent

Breakfast service was extremely slow. Over 30 mins to deliver French breakfast and a coffee on both days we took breakfast. There were only two couples in the breakfast room so it was not busy. The room size was also ridiculously small (admittedly on the website it does says 14m) but there was not space to store anything - medium size suitcase had to be stored by the room door blocking the exit route. Evena. simple shelf in the bathroom to store my wash bag would have been helpful. On the postive side bed was very comfortable. Also had trouble getting onto wifi and mobiel signal was very weak.
