I'd recommend it

The hotel is run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in what they do. They make sure everything is well-organised and in place, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s in a great location, close to the beaches, and as a nice bonus, the hotel provides a free sun lounger on the beach for guests. A thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay, I was disappointed by the lack of visible pool maintenance. I didn’t see anyone cleaning the swimming pool, and there was no noticeable smell of chlorine — which is usually expected in facilities like this. It raised concerns about hygiene and water quality, especially in a shared environment.

Very nice with a few nitpicks

The staff was amazing, the location great and really close to the sea, the rooms were tidy and neat. Grazie ;)

Loud tennants that weren’t instructed by the staff to allow other guests to enjoy their free time. The room had an arched roof, hence I have bumped my head more than a few times

I like the lady on reception, very nice friendly. Good breakfast Mini bar at the reception. Good location Huge thank you for borrowing us a bikes for free. It was helpful a lot. To the beach with bike it was 3min. Hotel has their own umbrellas and sunbeds for 5euro per head for a Day. We will be comming back in future :)

Night shifter couldn't help with anything. I asked for blanket or another set of sheets and he couldn't provide. Unfortunately, during breakfast we found yogurts which was already bad (not eatable) and anyway for served for next 2 days.. Rooms are pretty small, we Got a roof top room very hot inside (was air-conditioning there, but didn't have batteries in controller) Parking was always full, we had to park at a grocery store, which was for free so ok.

A pleasant, small hotel about 15 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurant street. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was equipped with a modern, quiet and easily adjustable air conditioner, which is unfortunately a problem in many hotels on the southern beaches. The pool is small, but since the hotel itself is small, it was never crowded. Breakfast was good.

The only suggestion - would it not be possible to put 2 sheets in the double bed. Of course, my wife and I love each other, but sometimes we want to sleep under own sheet instead of fighting about it in the middle of the night. But this is a problem in many hotels. WiFi sometimes in the morning not work, but in the middle of the day and evening was ok

High costs for low quality

Lots of clean towels provided. Clean bedsheets. Functioning air conditioning.

Hotel and room were very basic. We were not able to open our window and the blind to cover the window was broken so it didn't prevent the light from coming in. The window and carpet were dirty and there were stains on the furnishings. For a cheaper price, my expectations would have been lower but we paid a significant amount for below average rooms.

Good

Lignano is not easily accessble by public transport. But owing to a fencing camp, we visited this seaside town. It was great to explore by hotel's bikes and local Italian seafood was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great in the hot summer. It also provides free private beach nearby though we didn't take the ad as we were too busy.

The reception was not open 24/7, which I didn't know. I wanted to check out at 7.00 but had to wait for someone to come to help me at 7.30. No breakfast was served until 8am, I was told.

Uwaga na nieuczciwe praktyki ze strony hotelu - pokój oferowany niezgodny z ofertą booking.

Przyjazny personel (panie na recepcji), podstawowe dobre śniadanie, możliwość zostawienia samochodu na dłużej po wymeldowaniu. Czysto.

Po zarezerwowaniu pobytu na jedną noc - przystanek w podróży - na miejscu recepcjonistki poinformowały nas że pokój który jest dla nas przygotowany odbiega lekko od oferty booking i zaproponowały najpierw obejrzenie go a następnie płatność. Z uwagi na fakt że nie mieliśmy czasu na wyszukiwanie innych noclegów stwierdziliśmy ze zostaniemy, po dłuższej dyskusji Panie w recepcji w ramach rekompensaty zaoferowały nam śniadanie. Nie zmienia to faktu, że Panie otwarcie mówią iż ten pokój nie ma odzwierciedlenia w zdjęciach na booking - tłumaczą, ze to "zdjęcia poglądowe", standard pokoju jest niezgodny z "poglądowymi zdjęciami', udogodnienia wypisane w ofercie nie mają odzwierciedlenia w rzeczywistości - niestety lodówka na której nam zależało i też wpłynęła na wybór apartamentu nie byłą dostępna. Czytając opinie innych gości, myśleliśmy że trafimy na pokój z opisywanymi "skosami" i tak też podobno najczęściej jest (informacja od Pani z recepcji) ale niestety był on zajęty - to dlaczego oferta na bookingu była dostępna? Załączam zdjęcia pokoju ku przestrodze - przed nieuczciwymi praktykami Hotelu.

Davvero piacevole

Siamo stati in vacanza qui settimana scorsa, sin da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie all’accoglienza di Dennis, Silvia, Stella e Chiara. Abbiamo percepito la passione per il loro lavoro e il desiderio di far sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti, premurandosi che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole e accogliendoci sempre con grandi sorrisi. L’esperienza è stata davvero positiva anche per la struttura, camere con tutto il necessario, piscina molto bella e sempre aperta, hotel che si trova a 1km dalla spiaggia ma con il servizio biciclette incluso evita anche di dover utilizzare la macchina per gli spostamenti. Sicuramente torneremo a far visita all’hotel in futuro, assolutamente consigliato 😊 Grazie ancora per questa bella vacanza 😊

Una bellissima mini vacanza

L'accoglienza, la simpatia e l'educazione dello staff e del proprietario. Ottimo il gin tonic la sera a bordo piscina 😃 buona e ricca colazione, ambiente rilassante dove si dorme tranquilli. Utilissime e nuove le biciclette che in un attimo ti fanno raggiungere la spiaggia!

A fürdőszoba. Utólag értesültünk arról hogy a szobához nem jár reggeli,ez plusz kiadás lett. Utólag derült ki hogy a parti napernyő sem jár,pedig úgy volt hogy jár minden szobához. Ez is plusz költség lett.

Troppo caro per ciò che offre, non ci tornerei.

Prezzo troppo alto per come si presentano le camere. Penso sia in linea con i prezzi della zona, ma davvero esagerato. Vecchi ambienti, evidentemente mai rinnovati. La camera che ci hanno assegnato presentava macchie di muffa sul soffitto, la doccia includeva il wc, a mezzanotte ho dovuto chiamare il portiere perché dal condizionatore scendeva parecchia acqua. Non era qualche goccia di condensa, ma acqua che ha bagnato anche la mia valigia, i cavi tv e frigo, mobile e moquette. Ci hanno permesso di cambiare camera, questa sicuramente migliore. Comunque ammetto che c’è stata disponibilità in questo senso, e ci hanno offerto la colazione la mattina seguente, per scusarsi. La piscina non si presentava pulita, l’acqua era piena di foglie e insetti.
