Fraudulent Behavior and Terrible Service

The staff in the restaurant are kind, and some of the receptionists. Otherwise it was a horrible experience to stay at this hotel. I rarely give bad reviews but when it comes to dishonesty and scams I see it important to raise awareness against this hotel.

The most disappointing part was the dishonesty about the pet fee. The receptionist told us the dog stay cost €15 per day, but at checkout, they charged €25 per day. Even though they admitted their mistake, they didn't issue a refund. This hotel is definitely not dog-friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the dining area, so you end up paying €25 per day just to leave your pet locked in the room and suffering. My dog has separation anxiety, and this experience was extremely distressing for him. I raised a complaint with Booking.com regarding the discrepancy in fee, after which the hotel contacted me directly. They repeatedly promised to issue a refund but kept delaying and providing false information. Eventually, they claimed to have sent the payment, but it never arrived. When I asked for proof of payment, they stopped responding altogether. This clearly indicates fraudulent behavior on their part. They also failed to mention anywhere that access to the wellness area costs extra. Hotel President is a fake "luxury" hotel. The design of the building is nice, but the rooms are far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room service is extremely poor — cleaning was never done during our stay, and they didn’t refill the coffee or tea. I even had to ask for a water kettle because it wasn’t provided. Overall, I am very disappointed and upset with the service and the misleading information. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to pet owners

The evening menu could have been a little better however the staff were very accommodating to our fussy little eater.

Wonderful holiday hotel.

We booked last minute and got a fabulous price. We could not have been happier, our stay far exceeded our expectations. We even got free charging and parking for our electric car! Delightful room, excellent pool and spa area all spotlessly clean. Very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Very attentive and polite staff. We will return at some point.

we paid for my son without getting a bed or even a towel,nothing for kids , in website they wrote bike is free but they got extra charge , i have got wrong information about closing the luna park bibione which it was already open . For breakfest there was only tost bread .

Hotel is newly renovated, nice, clean, room was big enough, beds were very comfortable. Quiet area was also what we wanted, only cicadas you can hear all the time. Breakfast was perfect, a lot of choices for adults and also for children, adding almost immediately when is coming to the end something. Pool was also newly renovated, small but nice. You can use sun-beds and umbrellas with towels. Short walk to the centre and to the beach. Near are some restaurants, so we can recommend it definitely.

Mosquitos, but nothing what can hotel influence. Do not forget mosquito spray :D

My daughter didn't want to leave.

The room was perfect in terms of temperature, lighting, design, space, amenities, bedsheets, bed size and comfort. An extra pillow and comforters were readily available inside the cabinets. The long balcony with a view was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a magnifying mirror. The breakfast room and interiors were appealing, bright, uncluttered and clean. Special mention about the flowers that adds a touch of elegance to the ambiance, they were all fresh and well maintained. All the staffs specially Gaia from the reception, as well as the buffet attendants were all helpful, professional, friendly and accommodating. Same goes to the bartendress downstairs who was very nice, pleasant, and multilingual too. The housekeeping did their job really well too.

If you will arrive late in the night, there's only water in the fridge and no coffee maker available The hairdryer was an old model.

Great breakfast, very nice room, they have bikes to rent, courtesy room in case you want to shower. Stuff at the reception.

At breakfast one of the waiters was pretty rude when we asked if we can have breakfast to go. Something like "it's not my problem that you are not hungry now". I understand it can be hotel's policy, but you can still say it in a nice way. Unfortunately the pool was in renovation.
