I would stay again if sheets and towels are included, just manage your expectations.

The location was convenient and had parking on site. He also met us after check-in hours so that was nice of him.

I don’t like that sheets and towels are not included in the price (he did end up giving them to me for free but still..). Some of the provided blankets had stains on them. He did swap the out for new ones the next day. I didn’t like that spare toilet paper and trash bags are not included the room. He did bring me some when In asked for them. Also, the check-in could have been more informative. I had to ask him how to open the gate and message him later for information about the WiFi because it’s not posted anywhere.

The villa has a tired look and feel. A redecoration and refurnish would improve it considerably.

We had a car so the location was ok. Restaurant, Cafe/bar a short walk away as was a launderette.

Unfortunately there was demolition work a short distance away with excess machinery noise and clouds of dust . Promotional photos showed a washing machine at the villa, however, there was no machine, only the plumbing where one was once stood. Kitchen was quite well equipped although no microwave meant convenience meals weren't an option. The beds were old and uncomfortable.

Extremely cool

I have no words to explain how nice was at Vila Laura. We stayed 7 nights there. … wanted more ….!!! Great place, central location, everything green around, palms flowers, super clean, quiet and have everything you need in the kitchen and entire suite including wifi and BBQ!!! … and AC never used and outside 33degC. The host is very nice, courteous and friendly. Easy to check in and out…. :)! Never bother you with anything… The location is central, 5-10 min walk to the beach depending haw fast you want to walk :) …. Supermarkets close …!!! It’s like Paradise!!! We’ll go again for sure!!!

Apartment location is good. Everything you need, supermarket, shops, restaurants are close. Beach is also close to the apartment and environment is nice and quiet.

Towels and sheets are paid extra. The beds were not made, but you get sheets and you have to make them yourself. Soap, toilet paper, dish cloth are not provided in the apartment, so for example when you enter after long trip you do not have soup in apartment to wash your hands with.

Everything was as expected. It was close to everything I needed to get to. The host was pleasant to deal with and was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out time.

Great value for money despite some setbacks

- excellent location, about 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants and parks - the house is split into 4 very large apartments, big kitchen area and a place outside with grill, large dinning table and a drying rack

- no microwave - the floor wasn't cleaned/mopped in a very long time. Overall, the place was a bit dirty. - being at the ground floor, we had quite a lot of ants and other insects in the house

Exceptional

Great location to go to the beach and only less than 10 mins cycling to Sabbiadoro city centre. You will be surrounded by pine trees forest and experience the innovative street plan in a spiral shape designed by the architect Marcello D'Olivo. The Owner is very caring and helpful. You will have a fully equipped kitchen if you need to prepare meals.

Amazing garden and neighborhood

Amazing plant view of the garden. Grill in the garden included. Good kitchen and nice to sit inside and outside. Very nice quiet neighborhood

Private parking with a 10-15 min walk to the main area and beach. Area was quiet and there was a nice BBQ and patio. Price/value was reasonable for the time of year and location.

Apartment is dated and check out time is too early (9:30). In typical old school Italian style be prepared to bring everything with you to use as the amenities are spartan.

L’appartement était propre et grand, il est très bien situé par rapport à notre activité, place de parking privé, à proximité des commerces.

La tv est en allemand, pas de micro-onde et pas de plat pour le four. La douche s’évacue mal.

Összességében nagyon jó volt, mind a szállás, mind a környezet. Még visszamennénk szívesen.

Reggeli nem volt a szálláson, ezt mi magunk oldottuk meg. A környezet szuper jó volt. Vásárlási lehetőség viszonylag közel volt.

Talán a mikró hiányzott. És egy aprö probléma: a fürdőszoba egyik ajtófélfája kiesett többszoör, egyszer majdnem fejbevágott, egyszer éjjel csattant egyet a földön. Ezután félreraktuk. Többé nem volt probléma.

Wir kommen gerne wieder – ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in entspannter Atmosphäre!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Laura sehr genossen! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und befindet sich in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Lage in Lignano Pineta. Besonders angenehm war die Nähe zur kleinen Einkaufsstraße und ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt nebenan, perfekt für frisches Gebäck zum Frühstück. Der Vermieter Roberto und sein Sohn Francesco sind äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert – man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt kaum Wünsche offen: vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Geschirrspüler, Gefrierfach (ideal für Eis!) und ein eigener Parkplatz sind vorhanden. Dazu gab es einen tollen Restaurant-Tipp, der unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch abgerundet hat.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Gelsenstecker (Mückenschutz) wären noch praktisch gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
