Good value for money for a short stay.

Room was very clean. It was easy to find free parking place near hotel. There are free bikes and we make a ride around the beach to the next village. Area is quite, but close to the streets with shops and restaurants and 10 min to the beach. The breakfast was excellent!

We booked a tripple room and it was premature small, almost no space for our luggage.

Nice little hotel near Adria

The hosts are quite kind person, they recommended a lot of restaurants and they also give you dicount vouchers to several restaurants. They guided us where the beach is, they offered their bicycle to use it in order to reach out the beach as soon as possible. The room was clean, and it was cleaned on daily basis, there is a minibar, the bathroom is also clean. The breakfast is absolutely rich, for sure you will find sonething, you will like it, even if you like sweety stuffs or salted ones, you can choose a lot. I really recommend this hotel.

Norhing, maybe it is a bit far from the beach, but it takes only 15 minutes to reach it out and it is described prior you reserve the apartman so I do not say, this is negative 🙂

cosy hotel, a little far from the beach (10 min walk), still very nice and comfortable location advantage - far from the noisy area, close to the aquasplash, suitable for families with children services - very good, free bycicles included breakfast - all tastes, for all kind of peoples, aprox the same all 10 days, but still with a large range of food (30 or 40 kinds) a plus - a huge range of tastefull sweeties, many of them home made

The double room was large enough to fit an additional bed with short notice. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Superb breakfast until 11 am with a very rich buffet. Many sweet and salty options for all tastes.

We would have appreciated a cold bottle of water in the mini-fridge as it is common even in cheaper B&Bs nowadays.

Italy and its Beaches are overpriced.

The Hotel's location is okay-ish: near to the spiral-looking city center and not that far from the nearest private beach. The equipment of the room was as booked: with A/C (quite silent and very effective) and with a refrigerator (a very small unit, noisy). The room and the bathroom were clean, enough towels at hand. Balcony with a table and chairs. My son likes it warmer in the night then we do, we've got for him an extra plaid for the second night, nice touch. The breakfast is unbeatable for a 3-star hotel, I've had better breakfast only in a 4-star hotel until now, you really have everything: the veggies, fruits, bakery (salted and sweet), juice, cheese, meats, several types of cakes, coffee, tiramisu etc etc. The free-to-use bikes of the hotel are an excellent addition, we used them on every days of our stay to get to the free beach. Discount coupons for lots of restaurants in town (didn't used any of them though, as we haven't eaten anything in any of the local restaurants). --- Independent of the hotel: Water quality of the sea was ok, only a very small amount of algae right at the very edge of the sea, nothing more a few meters into the sea. Water temperature was perfect (middle of August), not too warm, not too cold. There is a Lidl and Spar in town, so you can buy food for cheap.

The junction and the road hump just in front of the hotel make the traffic and the room noisy. Parking isn't really secured, you have to find a parking lot in the neighborhood (they are free). No mosquito nets on the windows. No coupons or discounts for beach umbrellas/beach beds from the hotel to any of the beaches. --- Independent of the hotel: lots of hungry mosquitos everywhere the Italian way of overcharging for every square foot of every beach and every beach equipment, this is outrageous and destroys the whole seaside-beach experience (like 18 to 24 EUR for an umbrella with two beds on the free beach)

Essere in casa fuori casa.

La camera e bagno dimensioni giuste e pulite. La colazione semplicemente fantastica, imbarazzo di scelta tra dolce e salato. Lo staff molto accogliente e attento al cliente. Siamo stati molto bene.

Tutto perfetto, bellissimo Hotel a conduzione familiare, super pulito, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Per chi viaggia in moto come me possibilità di parcheggio dietro all'hotel. Vicino allo stadio e alla spiaggia. Colazione fantastica a buffet, c'è di tutto e di piu'. Ci tornero' sicuramente. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lignano e l'hotel Irene sono stati una piacevole sorpresa, da rifare !

La colazione è stata eccezionale per scelta, cura e qualità del cibo. La posizione è buona, circa 15 min a piedi dalla spiaggia ma grazie alla disponibilità gratuita delle biciclette muoversi per Lignano è stato semplicissimo. Il pappagallo parlante è uno spasso.
