Friendly and helpful staff, good location, free parking, good atmosphere :) *Breakfast: nice terrace, meals were enough, always fresh fruits, coffeemaker, staff very attentive. *Room: comfortable bed, room was clean, hairdryer, shampoo etc. *Beach: 10-15min to walk, clean, bars& restaurants, parasol&sunbeds available for rent.

Quiet, free dog and parking, great aircondition, close to the beach, good for kids.

Room better than on the pictures, close to the beach, I recommend staying at least 5 days, beach spot is included then, else you have to pay 60€ per day. Nice and helpful staff, rooms cleaning everyday, aircondition works perfectly, no need to set temperature under 20 degrees. Quiet neighborhood in the nighttime, great place to stay with kids. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DOG, that's really cool, check in from 11 o'clock, perfect for night travelers.

I liked everything, parking and breakfast area could be bigger tho, but it's not a big deal.

breakfast, clean room, umbrella and sun beds included if you book at least 5 nights

there is no “do not disturb” card for the door, so cleaner several times distributed us when we were sleeping, you always have to use key for the main entrance we had room without balcony and there no place to dry clothes and owner didn’t do anything about it No mosquito nets!!!

The hotel is not only 500m from the beach, like it says in the description. Its actually around 10-15 min walk.

Great place, greater staff

The stay was great. Decent breakfast, clean rooms, proximity to the sea and “busy” night life just right. Not too far (5-10min walk) but far enough to be quiet and not bothered by loud noises.

Size of the room could be better, manageable, but tiny, especially with s baby cot in it. Breakfast missing hot options, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, but still enough to satisfy.

UNICA NOTA POSITIVA DELL'HOTEL POSIZIONE VICINA AL CENTRO E ALLE SPIAGGE. E SIGNORA AL CHECK-IN MOLTO GENTILE . MA NON BASTANO PER FARMI TORNARE .

ENTRATI IN CAMERA ABBIAMO NOTATO CHE IL PAVIMENTO NON ERA PULITO , ABBIAMO CHIESTO CORTESEMENTE DI PULIRLO DI NUOVO , AL RIENTRO CI è STATO DETTO CHE ERA LA POLVERE PORTATA DAL VENTO, PECCATO CHE IN BAGNO C'ERANO CAPELLI OVUNQUE E ANCHE SUL CUSCINO DEL LETTO SINGOLO, RUBINETTERIA DEL BAGNO VECCHIA , PIENA DI CALCARE . CONCETTO DI PULIZIA DA RIVEDERE COMPLETAMENTE. DUE ADULTI E UN BAMBINO DI 8 ANNI, 232 EURO PER UNA NOTTE E COLAZIONE ASSURDO .

Biker Fest Maggio e Italian Bike Week Settembre

Abbiamo pernottato per il weekend di un evento motociclistico in Lignano sia nel mese di maggio sia nel mese di settembre 2025. Ottima soluzione sia per la comodità del raggiungimento dell'area evento, sia per la possibilità di parcheggiare i nostri motocicli in area privata (per noi era essenziale!!!). I proprietari sono delle persone disponibili, accoglienti e sempre prodighe a poter aiutare in caso di necessità particolari del cliente (io sono intollerante al glutine e lattosio e la titolare si è fatta in quattro per darmi la colazione, anche se non ho grosse pretese: questo per me è segno di grande solerzia). Le camere sono semplici ma pulite e graziose, così come i bagni: la cura e la dedizione non mancano. Sarà il nostro hotel per l'evento biker a Lignano

Personale accogliente e molto gentile, i titolari sono stati delle ottime guide per conoscere usi e costumi locali, per conoscere il territorio e le attrazioni del posto. Meravigliosi!!! Le stanze erano pulite ed accoglienti.

Lokalizacja dość blisko plaży a jadalnia przy ładnej ulicy. Leżaki na plaży w cenie, do tego miły personel i spokojna okolica. Sprzątanie codziennie, wymiana ręczników na życzenie

Dość wąskie i niezbyt wygodne łóżka. Raczej mały parking (od strony pasażera wyjście możliwe jest tylko przed zaparkowaniem). Monotonne śniadania, bez warzyw poza pomidorkami

Herzliches kleines Familienhotel

Wir wurden herzlich wilkommen geheißen und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere kleine Tochter wurde sehr geherzt. Das kleine Familien geführte Hotel war im Urlaub ein richtiger Wohlfühlort. Vom Besitzer bekamen wir tolle Tipps bezüglich Ausflüge. Und dass sogar Strandliegen mit Schirm und Parkplatz inkludiert waren, war super. Es gefiel uns sogar so gut, dass wir den Urlaub verlängerten, was unkompliziert von statten ging. Der Hund der Besitzer war super lieb und ein Highlight unserer Tochter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Weekend al mare

Hotel con personale molto accogliente e gentile, stanza semplice un po' piccolina con una bimba di 2 anni ma ci siamo adattati lo stesso per una notte, colazione buona con scelta di dolce e salato, spiaggia a 10 minuti a piedi con ombrelloni a prezzi convenzionati con l'hotel.

International Biker Fest in Lignano

Titolari gentilissimi e disponibili. All'atto della prenotazione ho fatto la segnalazione delle mie intolleranze al lattosio e glutine e i titolari si sono preoccupati di procurarmi una colazione io potessi assumere senza alcun problema. Abbiamo soggiornato alla struttura per un evento particolare a metà maggio. Sarà la nostra struttura di riferimento anche per i prossimi anni.

Zu überlegen?!

Ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber. Der Kaffee und die Croissant waren sehr gut. Das restliche Buffet war sehr übersichtlich. Man muss allerdings den günstigen Preis bedenken. Das Bad war sauber, leider gab es keine Abstellfläche.

Das Hotel liegt an einem Kreisverkehr, daher ist es sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
