Dissapointing

Good location and quiet area

The hotel was disappointing in overall appearance, the room was not at any standards as to what is shown online. We were given an underground room although it was out of season and the hotel was empty, and besides that it was not clean, we found rests of food and spider webs in the room and bathroom, but it was late when we arrived, so at that point we couldn’t change the hotel.

Nice location, pleasant swimming pool. Breakfasts was very good and staff always nice and smiley.

Hotel building must be quite old and the toilet water was very loud. There was not much place for stuff in the room.

Amazing, coming back

The hotel staff is really nice, the room was cleaned once a day and really comfortable bed. You can rent a bike and just travel the city, I have not try dining there, but next time I come, I will try supper as well. Will return 100%

We've survived.

Location, moderate price, ease of access and parking were the only good points for us. Pool also looks nice but couldn't say much about it as we did not use it. We also liked the balcony, however it was full of water as the A/C drainage just flows to the balcony floor. Staff was quite helpful especially when the owner was not there.

Smelly bathroom, shower curtain so poorly executed that you couldn't take a shower without flooding the bathroom, basic outdated furniture (bumped into bed and the side almost fell off). Charged us 10€ to borrow 2 towels (we were there with a motorbike and it was unplanned so we did not bring our own) for the beach, for which we have paid another 17€ at the hotel - even though it was a one night stay, they could include this especially as the hotel has pre-booked places at the beach. Last, but by no means least - breakfast was - well basic. There's no buffet breakfast, you have to decide what will you have the day before and what you've ordered, that's what you get. I won't even discuss the size of the portions.

It was clean

The staff was not helpful at all. Someone scratched and crashed on my car. I asked for the cameras and they told me that they didn't have any and they couldn't do anything about it. I came back to Austria and the damage is 2000€ who is gonna pay for this??

Verry friendly stuff. Most of them are speaking English/Deutsch and Italian. Discounts at different restaurants kn the city center

The room doesn't look like in the pictures. Different rooms for adults with dogs and without. Extra charge for dogs even in the bookind says that is no extra charge. Breakfast wasn't great. At this price and a 3 stars hotel my experience wasn't so great.

Very good value for money

Staff were super friendly and happy to accommodate requests. The hotel was very clean and staff were wearing face masks at all time. Extremely good hygiene. Breakfast was ordered in advance and served to the table to avoid buffet. Ideal location near my favourite ice cream place "gelato buonissimo" and 10 minutes by foot from the beach. Room had air conditioning and was very comfortable. Shower was very good. Price was very affordable. Good value for money. They also have swimming pool and bikes for guests, but we didn't use those.

Wir kommen schon jedes Jahr und das Hotel ist schön. Heuer haben wir festgestellt das es einen Besitzer Wechsel gab und der Anfang bisschen schwer ist für die neuen, trotz allem war es schön

Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, die Auswahl groß aber nur bei der Brot Wahl gab's nur Baguette aufgeschnitten jeden Tag, hätte ruhig abwechselnd sein können Brot Semmel usw wie bei den alten besitzern

Struttuta datata, con interventi ordinari ( dalla tinteggiatura camere, alle prese della corrente da rivedere, come anche tapparelle e interventi nel bagno). Bici 🚲 da riparare tutte.

Chýbala nám chladnička na izbe, ale nemali sme ju v požiadavkách, takže asi naša chyba. Nevadí, nabudúce.

Slabší ubytování.

Čisto. Parkování před hotelem i za hotelem. Bazén byl super, voda čistá, příjemná teplota. Sprchy i záchod kousek od bazénu. Lehátek dostatek. K dispozici kola, ale pláž byla kousek pěšky. Možnost zakoupení lehátek na recepci. Hotel má vyhrazené lehátka na pláži.

Snídaně chudá, dva druhy salámu, jeden druh sýra. Žádná zelenina ani ovoce. Jako pečivo byla nakrájená bagetka, která věčně chyběla. Míchané vajíčka byly usmažené až spíš do omelety. Ale měli hodně sladkého pečiva. Obsluha, která měla večerní směnu byla hrozná i ostatní hosté si stěžovali. Pokoj maličký, málo úložného místa. Všechno staré, neudržované. Naštěstí cena nebyla vysoká. Znovu už bych se neubytovala.

Soggiorno familiare in struttura molto accogliente

Il personale è stato molto cordiale, la camera con terrazzo affacciata sulla piscina era non troppo grande ma molto comoda, la piscina è bella pulita e permette di passare l'interscambio giornata a un passo dalla stanza.la colazione è sontuosa sia dolce che salata e il ristorante ha un ottimo menù giornaliero e un menu alla carta carne e di pesce molto ricco.

Il soggiorno era metà di lavoro (io) e metà di stagione (mio figlio e mio marito). La struttura è stata perfetta per tutti. Il clima è familiare con un'attenzione ai bambini che sono ben accetti e "coccolati".

Sono stata per il concerto di Ultimo, buon appoggio tra mare e stadio, la piscina molto carina

La struttura all'interno è fatiscente, le stanze datate, avrebbero bisogno di essere ristrutturate, dalle camere si sente tutto, soprattutto il chiacchiericcio delle donne delle pulizie alle 8.00 molto fastidioso!! Lo stile delle camere fa sembrare tutto sporco, quando in realtà la camera viene pulita giornalmente. Anche il servizio colazione scarno. La cosa che mi fa essere così severa è il prezzo, so di aver prenotato un 3 stelle ma per quella cifra ci si aspetta di più

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung.

Gar nicht gefallen hat mir das Frühstück es wurde teilweise nichts mehr nachgebracht obwohl stand das das Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr war. Es gab Cornflaks aber keine Milch, Brot war auch sehr minder. Man musste den Mitarbeitern immer nachlaufen um etwas zu bekommen. Am letzten Tag meines Aufenthaltes wollte ich um 9:45 Frühstücken und es war einfach garnichts mehr da das ganze Frühstück war weggeräumt.

Il personale è disponibile e cortese, le stanze sono pulite. La presenza della piscina e del parcheggio sono valori aggiunti. È vicina alla fermata degli autobus extraurbani ma un po' lontana dalla zona spiaggia e dal centro di lignano.

La struttura sarebbe un po' da rimodernare, si nota che viene fatta manutenzione ordinaria ma andrebbe un po' "svecchiata". Un po' di varietà in più a colazione non guasterebbe.

Schön aber ausbaufähiger, vom Frühstück und Einrichtung ( neue Betten)

Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem das junge Mädchen ohne Brille, sehr fleißig. Sehr sauber, die Reinigungsdamen sind top.

Das Bett war schon etwas älter hat gequietscht bei jedem herumdrehen oder umlegen Frühstück ist mehr landestypisch italienisch nur süße Sachen oder Müsli Ich habe auf Verlangen Käse und Schinken und Rühreier bekommen. Sehr nett.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima

Camera pulita, biancheria profumata, letto un pochino duro rispetto al mio ma abbiamo dormito di sasso perché molto stanchi. Personale receptionist geniltilissimo ci ha fatto servire la colaziome un ora prima il giorno dopo. E gentilissime le ragazze alla colazione. Struttura ben tenuta rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Se devo trovare un difetto come già detto io letto un pó duro, offera gluten free solo prodotti confezionati nutri free e niente di fresco.
