OK for short stay.

Location - near the beach, city center and parco junior. Staff was kind. Pool was clean. Food was good.

It was not clean (balcony was so dirty, we couldn’t even use it), the card to unlock the door was not working, the parking card didn’t work at first, the menu was in italian and german language but not english. 🫠

very clse to the city center and beach

the staff was very strict, the aircondition in the room smelled and included the mold :-( and receptionist was not willing to change us a room. I was really disapointed from staff and their reaction on changing the room. I will never come back in to this hotel.

the stay was very good

very clean and comfort room, they offered us a free beach place for one day and free welcome drink. Breakfast was excellent.

they don’t have much space for parking, we were lucky and find some parking spot in street, but the have a really small parking for the hotel guests.

Nice value hotel for a short beach trip.

The palace hotel is clean, friendly and well positioned to be close to the beach, Parco Junior and the main shopping and restaurants. The private beach area directly at the seaside is also a big plus for a short holiday with no hassle. A simple yet tasty breakfast buffet with really good coffee rounded out our stay.

Parking can be a bit away from the hotel if their parking lot is full. probably because the coffee was so good, at least one coffee machines was usually out of service before breakfast was over and one day both. But friendly staff would bring your request from the bar if you ask.

Short stay with family with b

Hotel was near to everywhere and location was great. Rooms are nice when we compare with Italians standard.

Not clear rules how to order food in Restaurant and stuff in restaurant only intrested in german old turist which probobly can give them some tipps. We can not find prices for a drink in bar and also in restaurant. Some food what good but very small portions and we feel that was not so fresh like it should be. It make no seans to buy food there.

Very poor

Reception welcoming and breakfast ok

The Air conditioning unit has been leaking water on the floor inside the room for the entire night... I woke up with a terrible cold and a sore throat. Obviously filters haven't been cleaned in a while! After 2 days I am still at home, sick with sore throat, sinus and chest congestion due to poor maintenance of the air conditioning system. This is so frustrating and disappointing!!

Hotel for a family stay not for a couple to enjoy sea and fun.

Location not far from the sea and dinners were good as well.

We've booked an executive room and when we arrived we got a key to a regular one without any explanation, not even an excuse. Only after chasing staff and manager they've provided a solution to the situation but stay was already ruined.

Micul dejun ok, dar același în fiecare zi; poți să combini felurile de mancare dar după câteva zile tot devine plictisitor. S-a făcut curățenie și ordine în fiecare zi, s-au schimbat prosoapele, etc. Balconul ok, destul de mare, compensează dimensiunile camerei

Dimensiunea camerei ar fi trebuit să fie mai mare dacă cele patru stele ale hotelului ar fi reale; de asemenea nu s-ar accepta intrarea din holul hotelului direct în cameră și nici cea din cameră direct în baie

Hotel sehr schön, Service schlecht

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, Zimmer, Foyer, Speisesaal alles top. Die Lage ist toll, nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer, im Verhältnis zu anderen italienischen Hotels, sehr geräumig.

Bis auf das Reinigungsteam und eine Kellnerin (die sehr bemüht und freundlich war) waren alle sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von 8-10 geöffnet. Die Speisen waren ok, die Auswahl war relativ groß - Die Qualität nicht besonders. Besteck/Tassen und Milch für die Kaffeemaschine wurden ewig lang nicht nachgebracht. Wenn man um 9:30 kam, war fast alles leer (Speisen), nächster Tag - neuer Versuch, um 9 Uhr das selbe.. auf Nachfrage wann/ob denn das Essen nachgeschlichtet wird, kam nur ein genervtes "no". Und das eine Stunde vor Ende. Sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren das erste mal dort. Von Gästen die schon mehrere Jahren kommen wurde uns gesagt das das Abendbuffet leider nicht anders ist, mittlerweile

Tolles Hotel zum weiter empfehlen

Leckeres Frühstück, wenig Leute am Pool, nettes Personal. Super Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und Stadt entfernt. Fü kleine Kinder ist der Junior Park fast neben dem Hotel.

Beim Zimmer war draußen immer so ein lautes Geräusch (Lüftung, Maschine) das man zwei mal am Tag für länger Zeit einschaltet.

Deludente che me ne sono andato via un giorno prima!

La posizione

-Pulizie della stanza -Il parcheggio era lontano -Alcuni asciugamani avevano macchie -Le tende avevano polvere e macchie erano molto vecchie -Il letto la parte sotto aveva macchie era sporco -La finestra del bagno affacciava sul balcone del vicino e si vedeva praticamente tutto perchè la tenda praticamente era trasparente quasi -Colazione nulla a che fare con le foto che hanno messo su Booking -Prenotando un hotel di 4 stelle uno si aspetta tanta pulizia e anche l’armadio era vecchissimo e tenuto molto male la base la parte sotto era tutta segnata da qualcosa che si era versato chissa da quanto tempo

Dávám 10 bodů, protože jde o dobrý hotel na skvělém místě – blízko moře, ale přitom v klidné lokalitě 🙂. Ano, má své drobné nedostatky – pokoje nejsou úplně nové, ale celkově byly pohodlné a útulné. Hotel nabízí bezplatné parkování i lehátka se slunečníkem na pláži, což bylo velmi praktické! Úklid byl vždy perfektní. Snídaně a večeře byly výborné – každý den mořské plody, ryby, maso a polévka, což jsme ocenili hlavně kvůli dětem. Velkým plusem je i přítomnost bazénu pro dospělé a zvlášť pro děti. Dovolená v tomto hotelu se nám opravdu líbila a myslíme, že se sem ještě vrátíme. Děkujeme!

pekný hotel s milým personálom

Hotel bol čistý, pekný, Strava dobra aj keď raňajky každý deň to isté, ale dalo sa vybrať. Jedálny lístok bol len v NJ a TJ na vyžiadanie priniesli aj v AJ. Keď som si na večeru dala rybu tak mi 2 dni bolo zle, ale našťastie len mne deti a manžel si chválili stravu. Nepáčilo sa mi, že nám nemenili uteráky na izbe, len poskladali alebo zavesili aby sa uschli. Neposkytovali vôbec plážové osušky. Nemali sme rodinný apartmán a tak sme boli ubytovaní na 2 x 2 lôžkových izbách na rozdielnom poschodí, ale to bola naša chyba nakoľko sme si dovolenku bookli 2 dni pred. Personál bol neskutočne milí, okolie super. Blízko na pláž , do centra. + krásny veľký bazén a hotelové bicykle sme využívali stále. Chladničky na izbe boli malinké akurát na 2 malé plechovky.

- neboli plážové uteráky - jedálny lístok na večeru nebol vždy v AJ - nevymieňali uteráky ( aspoň 1 x za týždeň mohli)

Csak ajánlani tudom

Gyönyörű és tiszta hotel, a személyzet több nyelvet beszélő, rendkívül kedves. A svéd asztalos reggeli bőséges, a vacsora szintén változatos és saláta bár is van. Számomra külön fontos volt a tejmentes étkezés, amit biztosítani tudnak. Az ingyenes, zárt parkoló és nyugágy szintén kedves gesztus. Sok kis gyermekes család volt, így család barát szállásként is ajánlom.

Sajnos hiába van tele a hotel routerekkel, 3 telefonom sem tudott az ingyenes wifire csatlakozni 😔
