Superb

The food was extraordinary down-to-earth Italian. Staff is really friendly and helpful. And the location second row to the beach is convenient.

Be aware that there seems to be some kind of youth camp close by, so there will be lots of noise until the early morning. You can take your dog with you, but not to the hotel beach - which will cause some extra cost (plus: the dog beach is right in front).

Very nice location, near to the sea. A little far to the center, about 15 min by the walk. Kindly and helpfully stuff. On the roof whirlpool, nice view.

We wanted late check out, hotel wants to pay 50% of price per a night. Parking is not included of the price.

Die Lage ist gut, nettes Personal, Preis ist okay

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes 90er Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut. Haare im Bad, fleckige Handtücher, schmierige Flecken an Türen und Kasten. Strandservice kostet extra wenn man nicht mindestens eine Woche bleibt.

Hotel pulito, ben curato e staff cordiale. Scelto per la vicinanza al Bella Italia Village in occasione di una manifestazione sportiva. Comodo al mare e al centro.

Parcheggio: hotel dispone solo di un parcheggio a pagamento. Fortunatamente la bassa stagione ci ha consentito di parcheggiare sulle strisce bianche in zona hotel.

Posizione vicina al mare e alla pineta!! Ottimi servizi. Camera pulitissima e abbastanza grande. Colazione internazionale per tutti i gusti con prodotti freschi e buoni. Staff gentile e disponibile!

Lignano Sabbiadoro è un posto molto bello, elegante e con possibilità di vacanza per tutti i gusti.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero a 350mt dalla spiaggia, molto vicina. Anche lo stabilimento balneare convenzionato con hotel (ufficio 19) davvero vicino e posizione dell'ombrellone a metà spiaggia.

Migliorerei decisamente la pulizia. L'orario per il servizio in camera (rifare il letto, pulizia bagno e camera) più volte è arrivato al pomeriggio quando eravamo in camera per riposare, intorno alle 13,30/14,00. La presenza di molti cani in albergo, soprattutto la seconda settimana è stata spiacevole, nessun problema con animali (convivo con gatti fin dall'infanzia) ma erano ovunque: ascensore, hall, corridoi dei piani, purtroppo abbiamo sentito abbaiare a diverse ore - e questo perché i padroni lasciavano in camera i cani - e francamente va bene hotel pet friendly, ma gli ospiti non dovrebbero "subire" forzatamente la presenza e il caos di chi ha animali.

Zunächst schöner Urlaub mit schrecklichem Ende. So etwas gehört strafrechtlich verfolgt!!!

Der Empfang war zunächst freundlich und einladend. Die Nähe zum Strand war angenehm und das Zimmer war sauber und in einem guten Zustand

Beim Einchecken musste ich meinen Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit mein Auto umgeparkt werden kann. Das kannte ich so nicht und ich hatte schon ein mulmiges Gefühl. Es wurde auch umgeparkt - und wie erwartet an der hinteren Stoßstange beschädigt. Offensichtlich wurde es gegen eine Betonwand gerollt und danach um 7 mm vor gerollt, bzw. von der Wand zurückgestoßen. Der Versuch dies mit der Hoteldirektion zu klären scheiterte auf ungeahnte Weise! Ein Portier rief irgendwo an und nach 10 Minuten sollte jemand kommen. Aber auch nach 90 Minuten kam niemand. Ich erklärte ihm darauf hin, dass ich am nächsten Morgen die Polizei einschalten werde. Zugegeben, ich war da nicht mehr sehr ruhig und freundlich, es war 22 Uhr. Da Plötzlich tauchten ein Herr und eine Dame auf, welche auch wohl den ganzen Abend schon im Foyer bzw. im Hotel waren. Auf meine Frage, ob sie hier die Hotelleitung sind und warum sie sich erst jetzt zu erkennen geben, rastete dieser Choleriker sofort aus. Er meinte, so redet niemand mit ihm und packte mich beim Kragen. Er riss mir die Brille vom Gesicht und würgte mich am Hals! Fassungslos hielt ich mich mit der rechten Hand an der Rezeptionstheke fest. Er versuchte meine Hand zu lösen, aber es gelang ihm nicht. Wieder würgte er mich und trat mir heftig auf den linken Fuß. Der Portier wollte ihn von mir lösen, was natürlich nicht gelang. Meine Frau stand rechts neben mir und redete auf den Gewalttätigen ein. Daraufhin riss er auch ihr die Brille vom Gesicht und wollte sie packen. Dies gelang ihm jedoch nicht, weil ich dazwischen stand. Erst die Dame, ich vermute mal seine Frau, mäßigte ihn etwas. Es kam aber zu keiner Klärung meines Lackschadens, das sei lächerlich. Natürlich gibt es keinen Zeugen, wer das Auto beschädigt hat. Auch die Gewalttätigkeit wird nur meine Frau bestätigen, ganz sicher nicht der Portier. Also macht es auch keinen Sinn die Polizei einzuschalten. Solche Mafiositypen kennen da sicher wen. Ich bleibe daher nicht nur auf dem Schaden sitzen

Rozhodně se vrátíme!!!

Perfektní rodinný pobyt – rozhodně se vrátíme! Naprosto perfektní pobyt od prvního dne až do posledního. Už při příjezdu nás mile přivítala profesionální recepce. Měli jsme propojený rodinný pokoj se dvěma ložnicemi, dvěma koupelnami a dvěma manželskými postelemi – pro rodinu s dětmi naprosto ideální řešení. Všude bylo čisto, denní úklid fungoval výborně – velká pochvala pro pokojskou. Balkon s výhledem na moře byl příjemným bonusem. Pláž byla doslova pár kroků od hotelu (do 3 minut chůze), čistá a vhodná i pro děti. Parkování bez problémů – hned u hotelu, prostorné a pohodlné. Měli jsme v ceně snídaně – sice podobné každý den, ale velmi chutné a s velkým výběrem. Velmi oceňujeme také ticho v hotelu, skvělou lokalitu a možnost využít plážový servis. Přímo na místě jsme se rozhodli pobyt prodloužit, protože jsme byli nadšení. Cestovali jsme jako rodina s dětmi (6 a 4 roky) – a celá rodina byla nadšená. V okolí je spousta aktivit pro děti – navštívili jsme místní zoo, aquapark a Parco Junior. Vše blízko a výborné. V okolí spousta restaurací, pekáren a obchodů. Hotel Cristallo v Lignanu můžeme jen doporučit a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme!

Per un disabile avere la comodità del posteggio è fondamentale ma non dovrebbe essere a pagamento.

Hotel situato abbastanza in centro camere molto ampie dotate di tutti i comfort, ci sono da fare delle scale per raggiungere la hall e viaggiando con un disabile non è comodissimo

Ho chiesto di poter lasciare l'auto gratuitamente vicino all'accesso secondario (avendo disabilità certificata) ma non è stato possibile, per fortuna c'erano posti auto liberi non troppo lontani.
