Great value for money

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Free private parking. Very close to the beach.

Kindness and air conditioning

Incredible and kind staff speaking at least fluently English and German. They borrowed us wine glasses, ice and a bucket for champagne every night. They were always professional and on point. Exceeded our expectations.

The air conditioner didn't work the first day. But the positive thing is they got it immediately fixed the next day and offered us an other room but we didn't take it. We were cool with that. It wasn't a big deal for us.

I have to say that during our stay some things has changed/improved rapidly. This hotel is in very good location with beach service and close parking place as included service. Check-in service is very smooth and quick. We used free bicycles from the hotel almost daily. We received clean towels and got the room cleaned every morning - superb. (For the people who cannot stand air-conditioning stream straight over the bed - we moved with agreement of the cleaning service the bed to opposite side/wall and it remained till end of our stay) - perfect. The only problematic point was breakfast in the nearby restaurant. But this was fixed in the mid of our stay. Now and onwards the hotel serves the breakfast in house with very good Lavazza coffee(no breakfast instant stuff), fruits, some vegetables, and everything what usually people eat(wide variety) - so there should be no complains anymore. For us fabulous. Executive visits the breakfast an ensures that everything is as it should be....and if they can do more. You can feel valuable and respected. This is really good place to stay. I would be grateful if you could publish our review to that hotel to reflect the current situation.

- Furniture is very old, rooms are small - Too expensive for what you get - While we were enjoying free beach beds, another couple came claiming they have the same reservation. Indeed, both of us had the same tickets for the beach place (how can hotel mess it up?) it was a very uncomfortable situation - There is no sound protection, until 1am you hear very loud music from outside, you cannot fall asleep until it’s over - I went to the reception to ask for earplugs but the receptionist lady just laughed at me with her friends (her shift was over and she just was hanging out outside the hotel.) The other receptions who was on duty was very nice but could not help really. This situation made me feel miserable and never willing to come back to that place.

Amazing value for the price

Amazing price for what you get - close to the beach, the sunbeds are included, the room was clean and comfortable, the personnel extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was more than we could wish for - fresh fruits etc. They also allowed us to borrow good bicycles free of charge.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage zum Strand und ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zur Fußgängerzone entfernt. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal!

Die Balkone sind recht eng und bieten wenig Aussicht. Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig. Wir hatten anfangs ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage die ersten beiden Tage. Die Handwerker konnten immer erst Nachmittags kommen und das Problem konnte erst am zweiten Tag gelöst werden.

Prima en ontspannen plek om helemaal niets te doen op het strand

De locatie, het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Bij de kamerprijs in zit parkeren in de parkeergarage (op 5 minuten lopen) en strandtentjes met een parasol. Het ontbijt was prima en het was handig dat er een supermarktje en etenstentjes vlakbij zaten. Door het verduisteringsluik is de kamer heerlijk donker en heb je geen last van geluid van buitenaf.

Het bed is niet comfortabel door de ombouw. Als je rechtop wilt zitten, kan dat niet.

Tetszett ,hogy közel volt a part és a sétáló utca. Nagyszerű vollt a reggeli, nagyon kedves és mindig mosolygós volt a reggeliztető hölgy. A napágyért nem kellett külön fizeti a strandon. Volt ingyenes kerékpár használat miden vendégnek 3 óra hosszára.

A receción helyet foglaló két hölgy. Két dolgot szerettünk volna ,de egyiket sem tudták megoldani. Kerékpárt akartuk elkérni , de ez sajnos nem jött össze, mert ugyan 5 kerékpár van és ott is volt mind az öt , de csak egy kulcsot tudtak volna adni, mert álítólag másik 4-et kibérelték egész napra. De akkor ne úgy hírdessék meg , hogy minden vendég 3 órára használhatja. Minden nyaralásra visszük a saját talapas poharainkat, mert nem mindenhol adnak a szobához.Ezeket egyik reggel elvitték, gondoltuk, hogy a takarítók voltak, de mivel ezt este vettük észre szóltunk a recepciós hölgynek, hogy meg tudná-e nézni, hogy hova lettek. Semmit nem tett vagyis kelletlenül adott 2 darabot a bárból. Másnap a takarítóknak szóltam, ők vitték el azt hitték, hogy a bárból hoztuk fel. Sűrű elnézést kéretek és pár perc múlva meg is hozták.

Chef nicht sehr kooperativ

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und mitfühlend. Unterstütze uns sowohl in deren Tätigkeitsbereich als auch privat.

Der Chef (konnten ihn nur telefonisch sprechen) war leider nicht kooperativ. Wir wurden am ersten Tag am Strand bestohlen, danach besaßen wir nur ein wenig Bargeld und einen Reisepass, alle weiteren Dokumente mussten wir sperren lassen. Aufgrund dessen wollten/mussten wir so schnell wie möglich abreisen (erst nach 1 Nacht möglich gewesen). Wir mussten trotz der Umstände fast den vollständigen Aufenthalt bezahlen. Leider sehr schade, da die Mitarbeiter, im Vergleich zu deren Chef, uns in dieser misslichen Lage sehr unterstützen.

Empfehlenswert

Das Personal war superfreundlich und kompetent Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe zum Strand. Für den Aufenthalt war ein Garagenplatz (ca 3min vom Hotel entfernt) sowie am Strand ein Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen inkludiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut bestückt, allerdings alle Tage gleich. Die Einkaufsmeile beginnt 200m vom Hotel entfernt, es ist alles "urlaubsinteressante" fußläufig einfach erreichbar, dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Den Balkon konnte man nur zum Wäschetrocknen nutzen, da er sehr schmal aber lang ist und keine Aussicht bot (1. Stock). Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Hauptsaison.
