Decent but need to improve

The staff for the morning breakfast and reception was very nice

They didn’t change the bedsheets everyday and there was no locker , no coffee in the room . The room I chose while booking , it was not at all similar .

Perfect position but not much more

Strategic position, at the beginning of the pedestrian area and close to the seaside.

Old style furniture with several technical issues (air conditioning, fridge). Very noisy room (we stayed at the first floor). Very limited availability of private parking spaces.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good. The near to the beach was great, (4 minutes walk). All the staff are friendly and helpful.

We ask for car parking and if we should do reservation, we got feedback parking in the hotel area are possible with no reservation. As we received no parking are possible on site we have to use the public parking area with coast.

Booked a room for 2 but they tried to give us room with 1 bed and a pullout bed under the bed in a too small room. They gave us another when we complained.

Leider etwas enttäuschend.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Nah am Zentrum und sehr Nah am Strand. Auch Liegen gab es genügend für. das ganze Hotel. Auch gab es genügend Parkplätze für die gesorgt werden.

Das ganze Hotel war nicht wirklich sauber, überall Staub, Dreck und die Wände z.B. im Aufzug waren extrem verschmutzt. Im Zimmer war es genauso, die Rohre sind wahrscheinlich in dem Hotel schon alt und haben ziemlich aus dem Bad gestunken. Lampen hingen so halb von der Decke runter und es war alles sehr benutzt. Unser Kühlschrank ging nicht, war aber irgendwie dem Personal nicht wichtig. Das Personal war bis auf eine blonde Frau beim Frühstück, sehr unfreundlich. Beim reinkommen nicht zurück gegrüßt, obwohl man sie sogar angeschaut hat. Das Frühstück bestand für das ganze Hotel aus einer Wurst- und einer Käsesorte, dunkles Brot, Toast und drei Obstsorten. Süßes wie Pancakes etc. standen schon kalt und vertrocknet an der Seite. Für das Hotel war das Frühstück sehr schade und wir haben dann außerhalb gefrühstückt.

Külön kellett fizetni a nyugágyakért a strandon. Illetve az autókkal manipuláltak a helyszűke miatt és az azzal járt hogy le kellett adni az autó kulcsát!!!

Die Zimmer sehen ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern hier bei Booking. Es gab schon mehrere Beschwerden hier bei Booking hab ich gerade gesehen, aber keiner reagiert.

Alles soweit schön gewesen, Frau Katia besonders hervorzuheben, da sie sehr bemüht ist und auch äußerst freundlich, Zimmer zweckmäßig, Bad sehr gut, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank eher schwach, ansonsten super

Bei den Bildern war anfangs ein Pool abgebildet, den es nicht gibt. Parkplatz zwar inbegriffen, nur nach Verfügbarkeit und kostenpflichtig 5€/tag wurde 1h vor Anreise mitgeteilt
