The staff made us very welcome and deserves the highest praise.

The staff were very polite,professional and friendly. The pool area was very well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good with very good choices and great quality.

The rooms were a little dated,but satisfactory,comfortable and clean.

Very nice stay in Lignano

Very nice area of hotel, enough place for parking also close to hotel on public parking (free of charge), great and very friendly staff, really great breakfast, clean pool and nice area around, location - few mins by walk to main center street with shops and restaurations, EuroSpar and PAM are very close to the hotel, beach aprox 10 mins by walk.

The swimming pool is excellent with comfortable deckchairs and a nice environment. The pool bar offers good food and drinks. Parking is good. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Cleanliness is excellent. Friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is very good. The room and bathroom are tidy

The room is too small for a 4-star hotel. The most irritating thing is that there is a miniature TV in the room with only 5 programs, exclusively Italian. A hotel of this quality must correct this. Sockets for charging gadgets are in inconvenient places.

Disappointing, especially for the price.

The room felt very much like a 2 or 3 star hotel room. Very small, not very nice, essentially no amenities (no shampoo or conditioner, no coffee maker, only one power outlet and it was in the bathroom, and the list goes on). The cleaning staff also walked in on us after we repeatedly shouted "no" through the door.

We appreciate they answered all our questions before our trip, so plan the trip was easier. We were allowed to do an early check in. The breakfast has a lot variety so it deserves.

We spent just one night, at the check in we didn't read and we were not informed that the payments are only permited between 8.00 hrs - 21.00 hrs, we wanted to check out at 7.30h, have a quick breakfast and take the bus at 8.03h but the man who worked that night told us, we can't check out and neither pay the room till 8, it was an unpleasant moment, luckely the young receptionist who starts at 8hrs came ealier and we could pay the room and take the bus on time. We think restricted payment by hours is not a 4 stars hotel service.

Location is excellent if you are traveling with public transportation as I was. It is just a few steps from the bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were sparkling clean. Room was big and bright. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of local food.

The room was a bit updated but the bed was of good quality and very comfortable.

Nobody was able to speak either English or German in the Hotel

It was quiet

The hotel is an older 4 star hotel. For the price it is okay. I didn't expect to much and everything was good. Nothing special. The only real problem is, that although it is a 4 star hotel and there were 3 people(woman-25,woman-45,man-55 I think he is the manager) at the reception, nobody was able to speak either English or German. Not even a basic English with simple sentence. Also the room number, to get the key back after a day on the beach is like the game "battle ship". Thanks to Google translate we were able to communicate with each other, but hey this is a 4 star hotel. At least English should be spoken on a medium level at such a tourist place.
