The coffee at breakfast must be changed immediately !!for a 4 star hotel is inadmissible!! Couldn’t drinked!! And a little bit too far from beach and pietonale zone..

A relaxing comfy stay in Lignano

Breakfast was standard- I would love a better coffee, especially as it was Italy! Location was great- easy to go to Center and beach and you can use their bikes for free for 3 hours.

Very expensive given quality of the rooms. Also, the restaurant closes too early.

The room was very quiet which I very much appreciated.

There was a terrible smell from the bathroom when we woke up in the morning. When I spoke with the property they said it was normal for that part of the town. Our friend who was on a different floor didn't have the same issue. It seemed like there was an issue with the sewage pipes but the property did not want to acknowledge this.

Lovely pool and and friendly staff

Friendly and serviceminded staff, we got restaurant recommendations from a very lovely woman at the reception who also gave us the address to a vineyard nearby where we stopped and bought wine and olive oil. Clean and reasonably large room with a balcony. Pool area was big and we really enjoyed the swimming pool which was in a beautiful surrounding. There is a bar where you can order food and drinks and the staff will bring it to your sunbed. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant once and it was really tasty (I recommend trying the calamari dish). I can also recommend having dinner at the restaurant opposite the hotel. Best tasing meat I've had in a long time!

The bed was too hard/firm for my personal preference since I don't weigh that much. Breakfast was a disappointment and did not measure up to a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Except for the fruit none of it seemed homemade. Mostly factory made and tasteless products with poor quality. The breakfast staff was friendly though. 200€ per night was a bit pricey for the standard of the hotel which I think is not really up in the 4* class when it come to facilities and the room (it was almost up there though), over all I think the hotel would get better ratings if it was listed as a 3* hotel and if they lowered their prices. Was not a big fan of the town itself, it was very touristy, especially the main street. It seemed adjusted for people who go abroad without interest in the country's own culture. So that the hotel was a bit offside of all that was well appreciated.

Everything was great, it was a perfect stay.

Breakfast was exceptional, room great, and the pool was fantastic. The staff were really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent one-night stay

We chose the hotel for an one-night stay during the weekend, and it was amazing! We loved the hospitality of the staff,the free parking a few meters from the hotel, the breakfast and mostly the pool. We were surprised by the anti-covid measures at the hotel. The location is perfect, close to the sea and easily accessable. Next time we visit, we will bring the tennis racquets for sure! Reccommend!

Super hotel in a great central location. Lovely and well kept garden with a nice big and clean pool. Stuff is extraordinary helping and polite. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Nice and clean beach compartment. Would definitely stay at hotel al cigno again!!

The men at the reception and other two employees that where working on the reception where very friendly the food was also good but always the same ,in general I recommend this place the cleaning lady was very sweet and very friendly shame is that she is not working on a reception 😀

Ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta

Ottima accoglienza, posizione buona per raggiungere il centro, plus il parcheggio interno. Possibilità di soggiornare con il proprio animale domestico. Piscina e spazi esterni buoni.Buona anche la colazione, hanno un angolo all'esterno dove si può stare con il proprio cane.

Unico suggerimento eviterei la moquette nelle stanze. Più che altro che con animale in stanza non è il massimo, ma è solo una mia opinione.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Kleinere, einfache aber völlig ausreichende Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Doppel- und zwei Einzelzimmer. Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, vorallem die Damen an der Rezeption. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Lage etwas außerhalb, aber die Einkaufsstraße und der Strand in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Oder man nutzt den kostenlosen Shuttle Service, haben wir aber nie genutzt. Eurospar quasi gleich um die Ecke. Weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Hoteleigene Pool, Whirlpool, Fitness sowie die kostenlosen Fahrräder zum erkunden. Und am Strand sind Sonnenschirm und Liegen inklusive

Zimmer doch etwas hellhörig und die Wände würden einen neueren Anstrich benötigen. Wer gerne eine Decke anstatt der dünnen Laken möchte, der sollte diese selbst mitbringen. Und es wäre schön wenn der Pool zumindest bis 21 Uhr offen hatte, so schließt der bereits um 20 Uhr.

Haben uns wohlgefühlt...

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Grosser Parkplatz. Neues schönes Bad im Zimmer. Frühstück top, für jeden etwas dabei! Hatten den Pool leider nicht benutzt sah aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt aus.

Der Geruch im Zimmer, es wurde aber besser mit viel lüften. Das Queensize Bett war keines, es waren 2 normale zusammengeschobene Betten, war aber für uns jetzt nicht so schlimm. Mein Tipp wär noch einen langen Spiegel ins Zimmer zu hängen anstatt einen kleinen halb hinter den Tv zu platzieren, es bietet sich guter Platz an dazu.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad war modern. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Hotel hat einen angenehmen Flair. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich.

Die Entfernung zum Meer hat mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen. Das hätte ich mir näher gewünscht.
