Nice, quiet area, clean swimming pool with good places to sunbath or stay in the shadow (under pinias), helpfull stuff and tasty and varied breakfast.

Problems with the air conditioning and long wait for hot water is shower.

Good location and free parking. breakfast was also good.

Room was not cleaned! there were so much dust everywhere and some dirty towels in the room. Thin walls, we could hear neigbours talking behind the wall.

Great location , nice staff , bad wifi

The manager (owner) was really kind and attentive. We arrived 1hr before check in time, however there was no reception at all (did not say that on the website tho) but a phone number on the door. He came back to let us check in as we were with a toddler. Breakfast was plenty and tasty (not just pastry as on the pictures, but ham, cheese, butter, jam , cereals, tea, coffee, juices , veggies) . Beach is about a km away, easy to reach , beach is nice not so crowded like in the central ( as the beginning of the season the sunbed/parasol rent was 23€ (high season will be more expensive) . They have a swimming pool too which they keep clean , but still quite cold . We could rent a bike but it wasn’t free as I read from other review , but is not expensive either . However, we could use next day for 1.5 hr and we weren’t charged for that. We have been recommended a restaurant La Botte and it was a hit.

The room was tiny, however just to sleep there is enough , but not to spend much time there with lots of luggage. Mattress not so comfortable . I believe the room cleaning was ready just before we entered because the chlor smell was unbearable . Had to put our toddler to sleep , but could only do with open window . The place really need a refurbishment , or if not then better cleaning in some places ( corridor, stairs, by the stairs , the curtain is pretty bad to be honest. Wifi works only in the area where we had our breakfast.

Option of renting a bike and location 5 min with bike to the nearest beach. It was also wery peacefull. Great place to stay one or twoo nights.

Surprisingly good

First off, let me tell you that I had bought tickets to a few concerts that were supposed to take place in 2020. Since I knew I would be staying at this hotel for the first one, I ordered them to be delivered there (they were 3 separate envelopes, mind you). The staff not only agreed to receive them but they also kept them for me for nearly 2 years and handed them to me when I arrived. Now that, on its own, is a 5-star service. Communication was swift and easy, the staff was cool (especially the tall guy, I think his name is Marco), and the cleaning lady was fantastic. I had put the Do not disturb sign on my door one of the mornings while she was doing her rounds, and later in the day she dropped by to check if I needed anything anyway. Then, I don't know if it's a 1 or a 2 star hotel but it sure feels like a 3-star one overall. The pool is great, the air conditioning works like a charm, breakfast is more than enough, and has enough of a variety. I had a mini fridge in my room, and the terrace was a blessing. Yes, the rooms are small, a bit shabby and could use some renovations but the basics are covered and beyond. For me, it's a 10/10 and I hope to go back next year for a longer time.

Just three suggestions of how it can be improved (and what I was actually missing): a cup or something that could serve as a toothbrush holder; a basket of some sort to put toiletries in the shower, and a drying rack on the balcony (I made do using the chairs there but still). Also, have in mind that the hot water needed a long wait - I had to let it run for over 5 minutes straight in order for it to get any warm, which is a shame.

Not good :(

The staff was very friendly and helpful, pretty much the only good thing about the hotel. The room was ready before the check-in hour so it was nice that we could use it right away. The pool looked nice, although we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast was decent but nothing more. The parking space is enough.

Extremely uncomfortable beds, the springs were drilling into the body! The room was very small, not enough space to keep 2 luggages. The furniture is very old and the inside of the closet very smelly. The bathroom is spacious but somehow the shower is very small and it had fungus!! The walls are paper thin, we could hear every word from anyone walking in the corridor. If the AC is switched on then you cannot use the balcony because all the hot air blows directly into your face. The hotel is around 15-20mins walking from the beach where you need to rent the sunbeds for an extra 20€/day so all in all it is more efficient to pay for a hotel located at the beach. In general I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good suggestions for good sea-food restaurant and winery tour. Probably all rooms have balconys. Only thing, no fridge in the room , but Lignano seafood and pizza restaurants are very good, so no problem.

The room was clean but small. Bed weren’t confortable. Wifi was not working. The bathroom was humid and the bad smell of the bathroom made the whole room smell really disgusting...Breakfast was nice.

Nagyon szép és tiszta szálloda, ahol a kedves, figyelmes dolgozók igazán otthonos légkört teremtenek. A környék nyugodt és kellemes, a reggelik mindig frissek, ízletesek, és bőséges választékból lehet válogatni. A szobák makulátlanul tiszták, a mindennapos takarításnak köszönhetően mindig rendezettek és kényelmesek.

Personale super accogliente, un 10 e lode a Edoardo e Dany ! Due ragazzi in gamba, gentili e disponibili! La piscina non è grande ma soddisfacente. La colazione abbondante e anche se non varia sempre rifornita e apprezzata, per avere una stella meglio che in hotel di classe superiore.

Purtroppo l'albergo è datato ci sarebbe qualche ristrutturazione da fare, la cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è la scarsa pulizia delle stanze, asciugamani non cambiati, tappeti del bagno tolti e non rimessi, pavimenti poco puliti, e purtroppo anche l'assalto delle formiche, questo per quanto riguarda le camere, l'area ricreazione e colazione erano puliti e ben tenuti. Piscina pulita.

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich!! Parken hinter dem Hoel oder an der Straße möglich Die Lage war ruhig. Zu Fuß zum Strand 15 min.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig Der Funkturm ist direkt nebenan.

Pessimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura aspettandoci un livello adeguato al costo elevato, ma siamo rimasti profondamente delusi. L’hotel appare trascurato sotto ogni punto di vista: ambienti che odorano di vecchio, stanze sporche con evidenti segni di muffa, e un condizionatore che, appena acceso, ha rilasciato una nuvola di polvere – segno evidente di mancata manutenzione. La piscina, che sarebbe potuta essere un punto di forza, era invece in condizioni pessime: sporca e assolutamente non invitante. In generale, tutto dà l’impressione di una gestione superficiale e poco attenta all’igiene e al comfort degli ospiti. Il problema più grave, però, è il rapporto qualità-prezzo: per la cifra pagata ci si aspetta ben altro. È inaccettabile offrire un servizio simile a tariffe da hotel di ben altra categoria. Non lo consiglio e mi auguro che la direzione prenda seriamente in considerazione l’urgenza di interventi di manutenzione e pulizia.

Die Lage

Die Zimmer haben gestunken und keine Möglichkeit das Gewand wegzuräumen. Es gab nur einen Kasten und keine einlegefächer dazu. Beim Frühstück gab es nur kleine aufpack Brötchen, leider nicht vom Bäcker, und es gab keinen Platz zum frühstücken für die Leute, das Personal war nicht Nester meinung überfordert.
