Nice, new, modern accommodation. With a good restaurant right downstairs and convenient parking.

Until almost midnight, there was banging coming from the restaurant kitchen located right below the accommodation. In the bathroom, the shower drain had an unpleasant odor. Combined with the heat from outside, it created an uncomfortable smell.

Pulizia, tisane in camera e caffè in attesa break. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura bella e arredata con gusto.

Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Alles scheint neu zu sein. Eine kleine Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Benutzung mit den anderen Gästen. Insgesamt gibt es vier Apartments. Sehr zu empfehlen .

Ottima accoglienza , proprietari molto simpatici e sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare , personale gentilissimo e preparato , il ristorante consigliatissimo porzioni abbondanti e di qualità, pizza buonissima , camere nuove e ben pulite , poi tisane e capsule x caffè e acqua gratuita , veramente un pensiero carino , dimostrazione di come sono attenti alla clientela. Complimenti da una persona che lavora nel vostro settore.

Piacevole e positivo

Ottima la stanza come grandezza, arredamento, biancheria, bagno finestrato, doccia ampia, piano terra ristorante/pizzeria, parcheggio, gentilezza delle persone (mi hanno accompagnato in stanza portandomi la borsa vedendo che avevo difficoltà e non essendoci ascensore), messa a disposizione di bottiglietta d'acqua in camera, entrata autonoma.

Check in dentro al bar-ristorante, in mezzo agli avventori del ristorante. Barriere architettoniche e mancanza di ascensore (camere al primo piano) che preclude possibilità di fruizione da chi ha gravi difficoltà di deambulazione e invalidi. Dispiace aver disturbato/svegliato una persona al rientro tardi (3.00) per una carenza di informazione sul cancello esterno di accesso. Chiamato il taxi suggerito dalla struttura per evitare di avere problemi di parcheggio (come è stato) per evento in spiaggia (distante circa 2 km) che ha risposto che sarebbe stato disponibile solo dopo 40 minuti e quindi inutile. Non mi è stato detto che ci sono più ditte di taxi e io non ho controllato pensando non ci fossero. A disposizione saletta per caffè ma colazione o prodotti per colazione non forniti, neanche a bar-ristorante sottostante, chiuso al mattino ai clienti. Si suggerisce magari di ovviare al problema colazione mettendo a disposizione, in camera o in saletta comune, un cestino di prodotti confezionati dolci/salati di facile e lunga conservazione (cracker, monodosi di biscotti, merendenime varie, monodosi di marmellata e creme, di fette biscottate, succhi, ecc.) senza bisogno di personale specifico presente.

Moderna e pulita

La struttura è molto accogliente, la camera molto moderna e pulitissima, letti sono comodi, Il bagno spazioso. Il personale è gentilissimo e simpatico. Vicino alle camere c'è spazio comune dove si può preparare la colazione, il caffè ed usare la microonde. Li ci sono anche dei tavolini sia dentro che fuori. Questo servizio mi piace molto.

Vicino allo stadio, lo consiglio!

Super vicino allo stadio, motivo per cui ho scelto questa struttura. In 15/20 minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia. Stanza ampia con terrazzo. Staff disponibile e cortese, mi hanno anche gentilmente tenuto la valigia più del dovuto dopo il check out.
