Pleasant stay with helpful staff and a lovely breakfast on the patio.

Highly recommended!

Good location, nice staff, possibility to book beach umbrellas directly from the front desk for a good price. Parking lot next to the hotel but it's a bit narrow if you have big car. Highly recommended, will be back for our next Lignano trip!

Location is fantastic.

This is a very nice small family run hotel. Clean and quiet with comfortable rooms. It’s located a couple of minutes walking distance from the nearest sandy beaches; and a busy shopping street is one corner away.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. So this is not a negative. Lignano’s beaches are all public sandy beaches with maybe thousands of umbrellas and seats already set up on along the shore. So if you want access to one you need to rent one on a daily basis. Prices vary but calculate around 20 Euros for an umbrella and two seats per day. Some hotels do offer umbrella access included in the price. But it is not the norm in Lignano. So before you reserve any hotel in Lignano expecting free access to an umbrella, ask first.

Great familial hotel in good location

friendly and attentive staff. clean room, balcony with nice view of pine trees. sweet pet cat. fair price for value. use of bicycles for free (would need a bit of repair though, but they are still okay for simple rides).

Rooms were clean and enough big. There were plenty of bikes for rent, which were free. Kids liked the pool which was not too big, but clean.

Organisation of the breakfast was weak. Of course, the reason was the covid, but more waitresses would be preferred. Anyway, we were not treated as kindly as the Italians or Germans.

Confortevole soggiorno a pochi passi dal lungomare.

Bell'albergo, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Parcheggio proprio, Ho scelto la singola perchè la mia era una tappa sulla via del ritorno a casa (però se dovessi stare più notti sceglierei la doppia ad uso singolo). Camera piccola ma funzionale, con letto singolo, piccolo scrittoio, armadio chiuso, parquet, terrazzino, sala da bagno con doccia, sapone a disposizione. Aria condizionata, TV, wifi funziona bene. Colazione a partire dalle 8 con buona scelta a buffet di dolce e salato. C'è una piscina (non grandissima) con lettini. Il lungomare dista 10 minuti a piedi, la struttura propone anche la prenotazione di lettini e ombrellone. Sono convenzionati con due ristoranti, io ho scelto di cenare al Nerone (10% di sconto) a mia piena soddisfazione.

Il parcheggio in struttura accoglie diverse auto, a dipendenza di dove si parcheggia bisogna calcolare alcune manovre per uscire, soprattutto se si deve uscire in retromarcia c'è il muretto delimitante che può essere insidioso :)

TOP Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage

Das Hotel ist familiengeführt, sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Hier steckt Herzensliebe drin! Das merkt man jeden Tag. Das Frühstück war gut, lecker und es gab jeden Tag auch genügend Melone ;-)

A tenger közelsége miatt választottuk, ami kb 300 méterre volt.Rengeteg hasonló kis hotel található

A reggeli fantasztikus volt.A környék hangulatos, sok szép növény díszítette a szállodát.

A zuhanyzó nagyon kicsi volt. A szobában nem volt minibár.

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück abwechslungsreich; für Jeden Etwas dabei. Lage zentral; Gehminuten zu Restaurants, Shops und Strand. Strandliegen über Hotel viel günstiger buchbar; gratis Fahrradverleih.

Tető terasz nagyon szuper az ingyenes bicikli és a nagyon kedves személyzet !

A bicikli amit kaptunk fék elvolt kopva a másikon meg alig fogott ! A jakuzzi 21,5 fokos volt így abban ücsörögni nem ajánlott így hiába van nem lehet használni !

Sehr gelungenes Hotelkonzept :)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar noch eine Küchenzeile, war super aufgeteilt mit vielen Verstaumöglickeiten. Ausserdem ist der Service top u man bekommt sogar Tipps von Restaurants mit Vergünstigungen als Hotelgast. Sowas haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Parken konnte man auch im Hotel u sogar Strandschirme u Liegen sowie bikes waren im Preis beinhaltet. Der Pool ist ausreichend und die Dachterasse mega inkl. Whirlpool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Top Preis-Leistungverhältnis. Man merkt wieviel Liebe in der Familientradition dieses Hauses liegt und ab nächstes Jahr soll es noch zusätzlich ein neues Hotel geben lt. Auskunft!

Empfang: herzlich, freundlich Frühstück: umfangreich, angenehmes Ambiente Zimmer: sauber, funktionale Ausstattung, Balkon Bett: komfortabel, guter Polster Bad: ok, enge Duschkabine Technik: TV-Empfang int. Sender (auch deutschsprachig), WLAN schnell und stabil Pool: an der Straße, einsehbar, klein, dafür Whirlpool / Sonnenliegen am Dach sehr angenehm Parkplatz: ausreichend vorhanden, Freifläche Infrastruktur: Lokale, Shops und Supermarkt in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Es sind an der Rezeption Visitenkarten von umliegenden Restaurants aufgelegt. Bei Vorlage derselben im jeweiligen Restaurant erhält man bis zu 15% Rabatt auf die Konsumation. Ausgesprochen empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant OASI - Angebot und Qualität der Speisen sind erstklassig.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Schwimmbecken ist super. Am Strand bekommt man eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm zugewiesen.

Piacevole soggiorno per famiglia vicino al mare e a due passi dal centro.

Carinissimo hotel a conduzione famigliare a due passi dal centro di Lignano Pineta e a 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Colazione ottima nella terrazzina circondata da piante. Pulizia eccellente. Tutti I membri dello staff gentilissimi. Stanza famigliare comoda per 2 adulti e 2 bambini con mini angolo-cucina. Torneremo volentieri. Consigliato.

Ci e' piaciuto tutto, anche se forse il prezzo un po' alto solo per pernottamento e colazione, per cui siamo romantic solo notti.
