The hotel exceeded our expectations

We had a wonderful stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is close to the beach and also offers a nice pool area that’s actually looks way better in reality than in the pictures on Booking.com. The staff is super friendly and service minded. We stayed for two nights in a family room that had a nice layout with two balconies towards the pool area. We travel a lot and has high demands, even though this hotel is worth a 10/10.

The hotel overall is nice. Near the beachfront. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Amenities on point! I like the fact that they have bikes to roam along the beach side. They have wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were nice and clean.

Extra pillows would be greatly appreciated. Booked 2 deluxe rooms that supposedly had 1 large bed and 1 sofa bed and it turned out that the other one had 1 large bed and a double deck bed (bund bed), but it was all good it's just we were 4 couples and it wasn't what we expected. Free parking space is very limited. All in all, highly recommend anyway!!!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ich wurde sogar vom Chef persönlich empfangen. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr bemüht und der Chef war auch anwesend und hat sich erkundigt ob alle passt.

Netter Gastgeber. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und aufmerksam.ruhige Lage trotz Strandnähe (5 Gehminuten) das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber.

Top verblijf vooral door het vriendelijke personeel.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel is opvallend. Al het personeel is lief en geïnteresseerd. Alfredo in het bijzonder. Het personeel lacht veel. Bovendien een prima ligging. We waren onze laptop vergeten en kregen meteen bericht. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Vooral het personeel maakte het verblijf top!!

Es war alles traumhaft. Riesiger Pool, riesige Terrasse. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles tiptop-sauber. Preis voll okay. Gratis Fahrräder. Gutes Frühstück.

Das einzige was nicht perfekt war, war mein Bett. Das war leider durchgelegen und ich lag in einer unbequemen Mulde. Ist aber sicher eine Ausnahme. Ansonsten kann man nichts bei diesem Hotel beanstanden.

La struttura è molto bella, i servizi sono ottimi. La posizione ottimale. Ma il vero punto di forza del Suite Erica è la cortesia del personale tutto. Ti senti subito a casa, coccolato in ogni istante. Complimenti sinceri, qui c’è solo da imparare!

Soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte con cena inclusa ed è stata un’ottima esperienza. L’hotel è nuovo, ben curato e molto accogliente. La piscina è piccolina ma più che sufficiente per un omento di relax. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo. Cena di buon livello, con piatti ben presentati e servizio attento. Camera pulita, silenziosa e confortevole.

Nella camera mancano alcuni dettagli pratici, come ganci in bagno (fuori dalla doccia) o accappatoi per gli ospiti (per la piscina). Piccole mancanze probabilmente dovute al fatto che la struttura è nuova e in fase di assestamento. Niente di grave, anzi. In generale è davvero un bel posto dove restare.

Lo staff tanta roba sempre gentili e disponibili !! E’ la seconda volta che alloggio qui e sicuramente ci tornerò !! Ottima colazione !! Parcheggio disponibile al coperto a 200mt dalla struttura.

L’unico piccolo difetto trovato la camera suite per 3 persone, aveva solo due set di asciugamani e salviettone doccia mancava il terzo e solo un piccolo shampoo e bagno doccia che bastava solo per una persona. Ma comunque sono piccolezze che possono succedere e risolvibili.
