Nice, needs safer bunk bed

We loved the breakfast, the room was really clean and spacious. It has a big balcony, nice kitchen, loads of plates, cups, dishes,... Bathroom is as well very spacious, nice shower, big mirror.

There was a bunk bed, but the upper bed has no safety and our daughter (we put some pillows around her) fell down hard. Really need to get safety rail!!! No dish washing soap and cloths to wash the dishes.

it’s very hard to say what we like…. maybe breakfast, but every morning was the same… balkon was great!! aaa yes lots of toys for childrens!! only this was good!! and coffee!!:)

1-swimming pool is working from 10-13 h, and from 15-19 h. this will not be a problem if the beach is good, but beach is catastrophe!!! 2- at Swimming pool you need to wear swimming kap, can’t use pool without kap. 3- around pool is 38 beds, and more then 200 guest… so you need to run two times per day to try to grab beds! and because beach is very bad only where you can swim is pool….. 4- my daughter didn’t have what to eat at breakfast, because there is no food for her age of 2 years…

Great pool and clean rooms. 7 min to beach, quiet but near to centre

Great pool and pool area. Breakfast was good. It has own parking for free. Parking lots are little bit small but okay. Beach was near about 7 min walk. Private beach with sunbeds in price. Beds was great, room was super clean and kitchen was good. There is supermarket on the second side of street.

You have to wait for breakfast in line (because of covid rules) and sometimes it is slow. Hotel bar is average, also personal in bar was nothing special.. their english is bad and its not like you want to sit in this bar in evening. It was almost everytime empty. Not fun there.

Polecam dla wszystkich, a w szczególności dla rodzin z dziećmi. Zacznę od pokoi- czysto, wszystko sprawne, wyposażenie aneksu wystarczające, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa- wszyscy uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Zaskoczeniem były dla nas animacje dla dorosłych (np. yoga, aerobik w wodzie, waterpool itd.) i dzieci (mini club, mini disco, zabawy na basenie itd.). Śniadania- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, jedzenie świeże i dobre. Parking- przy hotelu. Basen- duży, a obok niego brodzik z małą zjeżdżalnią. Plaża- 8 minut spacerkiem. Centrum - również kilka minut od hotelu. Na przeciwko hotelu sklep spożywczy, restauracja.

Preisabweichung und unprofessioneller Umgang beim Checkout

Die Lage war gut. Gutes Frühstück und sauaberes Zimmer. Für Familie sehr gut geeignet

Ich war mit drei Freunden für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und habe über Booking für 550 € gebucht. Am Tag des Check-outs wurde mir jedoch eine Rechnung über 620 € ausgehändigt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, warum der Betrag höher sei (unter anderem wurde das 4-Bettzimmer ca. 30 € teurer verrechnet als ursprünglich gebucht), wurde mir gesagt, dass auf Booking angeblich steht, dass zusätzliche Reinigungskosten anfallen. Daraufhin habe ich meine Buchung nochmals in der Booking-App überprüft und konnte keinen Hinweis auf solche Zusatzgebühren finden. Gemeinsam mit meinen Freunden bin ich zur Rezeption zurückgegangen, um das Missverständnis zu klären. Leider war die Reaktion völlig unangemessen: Die Mitarbeiterin hat wortlos die Rechnung zerrissen und sich geweigert, uns eine neue oder die alte Rechnung erneut auszuhändigen. Nach längerer Diskussion, auch mit der Vorgesetzten, wurde eingeräumt, dass der ursprüngliche Buchungspreis gelten sollte – jedoch ohne Entschuldigung oder Einsicht. Ich habe Screenshots der Rechnung sowie meiner Buchungsdetails als Beleg. Der Umgang mit Gästen war unprofessionell, und die gesamte Situation wirkte wie ein absichtlicher Täuschungsversuch. Sehr enttäuschend – so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

È il secondo anno che ci ritorniamo, ci siamo rilassati molto

La colazione è il punto forte che ci ha fatto ritornare per la seconda volta, l'offerta è ampia tra dolce e salato, si può mangiare in quantità illimitate prodotti di qualità ottima. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Bella la zona piscina e l'animazione.

Migliorerei i letti, che abbiamo trovato un tantino troppo piccoli e i materassi troppo rigidi ,parecchio scomodi, per quanto si paga il soggiorno penso che la struttura potrebbe essere un po' rinnovata, soprattutto le camere .

Doskonałe położenie, bardzo szeroka infrastruktura sportowa - korty tenisowe, basen a przede wszystkim doskonałe i syte śniadania. Pani z jadalni bardzo miła, uczynna i zawsze uśmiechnięta! 👍

Dużo kurzu na balkonie, takby fotele nie były odkurzone od zeszłego sezonu ale to drobiazg. :-)

Frühstück war sehr gut, wenn auch einfach Zimmer in ausreichener Größe und ausreichender Ausstattung Die Lage zum Strand und die inkludierten Liegen waren sehr gut

Alter der Einrichtung und Anlage Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
