Excellent quiet location but close to the restaurants and beach. Friendly owner Thomas and his wife.

Friendly staff Thomas welcomed us on arrival, provided lots of information about local area and sunbeds too. Location is fantastic only 7 minutes to the beach both directions, one to watch the sunset & walk towards marina with yachts, another one long stretch of beach with sunbeds and sea front promenade with pine trees, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlours, shops etc. Accommodation was very nicely cleaned every day. Breakfast is at an extra charge 12Euros and I would recommend it, car park 15 Euros per day. So convenient. Lovely family atmosphere.

The location was great as it was close to the beach and rooms were fine for the price - no frills just basic

The bathroom light switch needs to be replaced as the light turns on after you’ve tried it 10-15 times

It was a nice stay, everything eas really clean and the staff was super friendly. They have their own parking space, the room was extra large with two large balconies. Would definitely recommend. Great value for your money.

Great location and value, but thin walls

Great location and value for money with free parking included. Our room was clean and had all the basics we needed for a one night stay. Checking in and out was quick and smooth, even without reception at 7am in the morning we could easily communicate through booking.

The walls are as if they're made out of paper, you can hear everything going on in the next room and the same goes for the door opening from the stairway. At 5 in the morning a group of people came back to the next room and it was impossible to sleep with them talking loudly. The place is a bit old-school, but it is what you can see from the photos at least.

Amazing place to stay. Friendly accomodation with own beach and possibility to borrow bicycles. Also parking places are available. I can really reccomend. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Freundlicher Familienbetrieb, sehr gutes Frühstück, super Lage

Überaus freundlicher, deutschsprachiger Familienbetrieb. Frühstück seh gut, sogar Eiergerichte nach Wahl von eigenen Hühnern und selbstgemachte Süßspeisen. Lage zum Weihnachtsmarkt top, 2 Minuten Fußweg. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Alles sehr gut.

Posizione ottima: vicina al centro e all'Arena Alpe Adria (eravamo a Lignano per un concerto) Colazione ottima con prodotti fatti direttamente dai gestori della pensione; consiglio le uova strappazzate che vengono fatte sul momento, a richiesta e che sono delle galline che allevano loro

Camera essenziale, pulita, forse un po’ piccola per essere una tripla.

Il parcheggio: 15€ per una notte lo ritengo eccessivo in più al mattino ho trovato tre graffi da 5 cm l’uno (la sera non c’erano!). Peccato che me ne sia accorto dopo essere partito.

Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter deutsch sprechender Besitzer. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Man kann auch gleich Strandliegen buchen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone.

Einfache Ausstattung der Zimmer aber das wussten wir vorher schon und war für uns kein Problem. Somit kein Manko.

Mi serviva solo per dormire e così l' abbiamo usata....

Avevamo avvisato che saremo arrivati alle 11, ma purtroppo il titolare ci ha detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta alle 13,30, quando la struttura era semivuota, poi le lenzuola sopra non c' erano .....
