approach to client. at arrival at 2155 I have received a lecture in shouting voice that I am late, next day a friend of mine showed to obtain his room that was paid from day before just to learn his room been sold. the owner tried to cancel his stay, but obviously this is not allowed by booking. they eventually gave him room only after discussing with booking. on departure I was not allowed to go and put luggage in the car before paying 2 euro tax fee. most unfriendly staff I ever met.

The room is suitable, nicely furnished, large enough with a large balcony, clean. Breakfast was excellent, otherwise served due to the covid situation. The location is really great, just a few minutes away from the main street and the beach. A big plus are the umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, which are included in the price. A big plus is also a parking, we were able to leave the car parked all day on the day of departure.

The bed is uncomfortable.

Really great location. Couple of minutes from the beach, shop and other facilities. On the beach we got an umbrella and two sun beds. Parking on a private parking spot behind the hotel. The room was nice, really clean and cosy. The terrace was also great. Good breakfast. Really nice stuff.

Preis Leistung war auf jeden Fall Top, für einen kurzfristigen Kurztrip

Lage ist 1a eigener kostenfreier Parkplatz vorhanden Liegen und Schirm am Strand kostenlos dabei... Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig, täglich frisches Obst 😊 könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein z.b Fisch, Käse Auswahl, Aufstriche....

Zimmer waren oberhalb des Frühstückraums, daher in der Früh etwas laut

Nettes, sauberes Hotel im Herzen von Lignano.

Nettes Hotel im Herzen Lignanos. Familienbetrieb. Saubere, schöne Zimmer die einwandfrei gepflegt sind. Die Damen des Hauses sind sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Lage nahe sehr guter Restaurants (Agosti) und der Geschäftsstrasse. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter. Sehr positiv auch das man Fahrräder im Hotel bekommt, für kleine Ausflüge oder als Rollatorersatz (zumindest ich nutze diese als solche). Schönes Hotel für Jüngere und sportliche Gäste.

Kleiner hauseigener Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Allerdings ist dieser ab 22Uhr bis 6 Uhr versperrt. Man kommt in der Zeit weder weg (zb. Krankheit etc) noch kann man Vergessenes aus dem Auto holen. Die Rezeption macht einen bei Ankunft darauf aufmerksam. Von Oktober bis 1.Mai kein Problem weil man draussen immer Parkplatz findet. Im Sommer problematisch da parken dort kostenpflichtig und Sonntags darf man überhaupt nur kurz in kostenpflichtiger blauen Zone parken. Es gibt zwar draussen 2 hauseigene Parkplätze zum Laden jedoch wurde ich dort Sonntag Früh vom Hausherren lautstark vertrieben trotz wenig Betrieb weil Nachsaison. Die weiter entfernt liegenden weißen Parkplätze sind mit Gehbehinderung schwieriger zu erreichen.

il caffè da buono italiano deve essere eccellente, la colazione era a pagamento, poi per il resto il costo della camera è stata costosa.

per la struttura che ha qualche anno, mi è piaciuto tutto ! le porte rumorose, e il condizionatore qualvolta ripartiva faceva un gran rumore che mi svegliava.

Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischem Obst, selbst gebackenen Mehlspeisen, Wurst u Käse.... Ab 3 Nächte sind Parkplatz und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm inkludiert. Ein nettes Hotel mit kleinem Pool in guter Lage zum Zentrum und Strand.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Lage war super, ein paar Schritte in die Einkaufsstraße und zum Strand. Parkmöglichkeit war auch vorhanden und bewacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Leider gab es am Balkon keinen Sonnenschirm, wir hatten Nachmittags Sonne und man konnte nicht draußen sitzen da es so heiß war und die Sessel waren aus Aluminium, da konnte man sich nicht drauf setzen sonst hätte man sich verbrannt.

L'accoglienza del personale, la serietà e la cura. Al terzo piano c'è una fantastica tv curva da 70 pollici, un tavolo da ping pong e una mini palestra dove ci si può rilassare.

La piscina era un po' abbandonata, ma molto comodi gli sdrai.

Aber. Es gibt etwas, was das ganze Übertrifft. Wir haben schon einige Hotels gehabt, aber die Gastfreundlichkeit dieser Familie ist kaum zu überbieten. Nett,zuvorkommend und extrem Hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit Hund der krank wurde. In der Nacht wurde alles organisiert und vorbereitet das wir zu einem Tierarzt konnten. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt bevor man ihn fertig aussprechen konnte. Also 20+Bewertung. Auch die Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet waren Top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für alles.

Es war alles gut. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Der Kühlschrank und die Klima sind nicht gerade gut. Aber

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Das Personal ist beeindruckend nett, zuvorkommend, bemüht, freundlich, immer-lächelnd, sehr engagiert und aufmerksam. Das Einzelzimmer ist schon etwas klein, das ist aber nur mein Eindruck, weil ich einfach mehr "Raum" gewohnt. Allerdings nicht einengend. Das Badezimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bett ist für alle, die gerne weich liegen, ein Traum. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und alles war frisch, jeden Tag hat man neue Spezialitäten entdeckt, also sehr abwechslungsreich. Es wurde IMMER alles sofort nachgefüllt, nie fand man etwas leer vor. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr einladend, gemütlich und es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die dazu einlädt, länger als sonst wie gewohnt, sitzen zu bleiben, um einfach nur zu genießen. Positiv ist auch, dass es hauseigene Parkplätze gibt. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, einmal um die Ecke und einige Meter geradeaus, schon ist man dort. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und ein Segen, in der heißen Jahreszeit. Alles ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, der Eingangsbereich so liebevoll gestaltet, als würde man "heim" kommen. Man betritt dieses Hotel wirklich liebend gern und fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Wie schon ausführlich beschrieben - ich kann nur Positives berichten. Auf jeden Fall werde ich künftig wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn mein Inneres nach Sommer, Sonne, Strand und Meer schreit.

Wer auch als Alleinreisender den Wunsch hat, mehr Platz im Zimmer zu haben, der sollte sich einfach hier in diesem Hotel ein Doppelzimmer buchen. Das ist es, was ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt ändern werde. Ansonsten war alles in bester und feinster Ordnung!!!

Immer wieder nett, man fühlt sich wie zuhause

Nettes Hotel welches wir schon seit Jahren besuchen, Freundlicher Empfang durch die deutsch sprechende Chefin, ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage. Ein abgesperrter Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend sogar mit frischen Kuchen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, zum Teil mit großem Balkon. Die Einkaufsstrasse erreicht man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten.
