Excellent kids-friendly hotel

Hotel is very kids-friendly - I was so impressed. Staff is kind and helpful. Swimming pool is great and the hotel offers bike for free (including kid's seat) and it made the difference. It is easy to explore the region with bike. Breakfast was good with options of fresh fruits. Room is simples, but very clean and it works well! Also include AC. Looking forward to coming back soon. :)

Nice architecture and interior design for the hotel as a whole. The outdoor pool is very good: you can manually turn on functions of the pool. It’s also pretty big and the water has perfect temperature.

The elevator is manually operated: you have to continously press the button for the elevator to run. And it’s very slow. The room we were staying in (around 32m2, for a family of 5) didn’t feel like 4-star hotel quality. Low quality furniture, very loud and old air conditioning unit that was centrallly operated so you couldn’t turn it off. The lights were super minimal.

Located near to the beach.

The room was poorly decorated with cheap furniture and fixtures. The bathroom was for handicapped people which made it very uncomfortable to use for family with small children. The shower screen was broken and the water would overflood and create a puddle on the floor. The toilet was cracked and without a toilet set and sewage smell. Bad lighting and lack of privacy due to the big window at the bathroom. The room´s air-condition was very noisy and at it did not function. The swimming pool was small with not enough sun beds. The neighbour high buildings were very close to the pool creating lack of privacy. There was no balcony at our room despite the price we paid. The breakfast was very basic with lack of variety. The bread and cakes were old and hard. The eggs had a funky smell and the coffee was cold. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. There was an outdoor bar below our supposedly family room where drinks were served after 11pm. The guests are allowed to stay there and make noise until late . Therefore we could not fall asleep. We complained and asked if they could ask the guests to move inside so we could sleep. The staff with the hotel owner herself rejected promptly and reacted aggressively and arrogantly by replying "this is Italy". We suggested as an alternative to be moved to another room away from the bar area since we paid a premium price for the family room and just wanted to sleep. The owner rejected and said we would have to pay more which we didn't understand since there were alternative rooms available. We also suggested to be moved to another hotel but again offered to bear the cost ourselves The hotel owner was unapologetic, in an arrogant way never showing any sympathy or understanding for our well being. The situation escalated so that she called the police lying that we were threatening her. We ended running away for this horrible experience in the morning one day earlier and not being refunded this value.

Our family of four recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at Hotel La Pergola. From the outset, we were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the standout features of our stay was the half-board package. It not only offered value for our money but also introduced us to a variety of delectable dishes, much to our delight. The hotel's location is ideal for families seeking tranquility. Set in a quiet area, it offered the much-needed respite from our daily hustle and bustle. We were able to relax and recharge while still being within a comfortable distance of local attractions. A special mention must be made of the pool, which was a hit with our two children. It was always clean, well-maintained, and never overly crowded, making it perfect for some fun family time. All in all, our experience at Hotel La Pergola was memorable and enjoyable. We left with smiles on our faces and would highly recommend this establishment to other families seeking a serene and comfortable vacation. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

While our overall experience was extremely positive, we do have a couple of suggestions that could enhance the comfort and convenience of future guests. First, given the concern about mosquito-borne diseases, we recommend regular environmental treatments, particularly around the pool area, to help control the mosquito population. This small adjustment would not only improve the overall comfort for guests, but also provide peace of mind regarding health and safety. Additionally, in alignment with increasing environmental awareness and the growing number of electric vehicles, the installation of a few EV charging stations in the hotel's parking area would be a great addition. This would be a convenient amenity for guests who are driving electric cars and would showcase the hotel's commitment to sustainable practices. We believe these enhancements could add even greater value to the already wonderful Hotel La Pergola experience.

Pool was clean, staff was friendly, good location

Breakfast was poor, we waited 10 mins for simple eggs to be prepared. They gave us room designed for disabled people, this was not too convenient. Administrator called 7 different taxi and no one was available

We had a great time

A/C did not work in our room, staff was very helpful about it. They tried to repaire it but we got a new room after just 10 minutes! The new room was even bigger! The staff is very friendly and they are doing their best to make your stay pleasent.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitos in the first room especially. Maybe this is seasonal. Mosquito screens for the windows would be helpful!

Das Personal war seh freundlich, die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut da sehr viel Platz vorhanden ist, das Frühstück war ausgewogen, vielfältig und reichhaltig, der Pool war auch sehr schön und jetzt in der Nebensaison auch beheizt

Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht verstellen aber das war ein Luxusproblem

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das alte Bauernhaus hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Das Abendessen war TOP und die Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war für uns leider nicht ausreichend. Es gab nicht so viel Auswahl. Das die Liegestühle beim Pool von manchen (sehr vielen) Gästen reserviert wurde und zwar mit einem Handtuch um 06:00 Uhr morgens.

Sehr schöner Familienaufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage, nicht weit weg vom Strand, Abends sehr ruhig und dennoch bei Bedarf nicht weit weg vom Trubel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll, vor Allem den kleinsten Gästen gegenüber. Die Küche ist sehr gut und die Preise sind angemessen. Es gibt immer ein Angebot abseits der Karte für die kleine Gäste. Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle und die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung und Größe. Das Hotel ist ist ansprechend von außen und innen. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool ist einladend und angemessen temperiert.

Leider sehr viele Stechmücken. Der Pool bietet leider sehr wenig für Kleinkinder.

Un buon punto di soggiorno per visitare Lignano, ci è piaciuto e ci ritorneremo .

La colazione è eccellente, varia e con prodotti di buona qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato di farci i centrifugati di verdura e anche di sorseggiare un calice di Prosecco a colazione. Molto buona la posizione e ottima la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di biciclette di buon livello e attrezzate anche per la circolazione notturna.

La piscina chiude un po' prestino alle 1930.

La colazione con prodotti di qualità ed abbondante. Lo Staff gentile e disponibile dal personale della portineria, alle signore delle pulizie ed dal personale della colazione.

La presenza di ospiti rumorosi che non hanno il senso del rispetto per gli altri. Ma in questo l’albergo non ha alcuna responsabilità.

tolles Hotel mit großem Pool und schönem Garten. Strand auch gleich in der Nähe. Man kann sich jederzeit gratis Fahrräder ausleihen, das fanden wir super und haben es oft genützt. gutes Frühstück, die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. auch die Einkaufsstraße & Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Superbe Hôtel seulement sur 2 étages dans un parc arboré au milieu de pavillon ce qui nous laissait penser que nous étions presque chez nous. Belle piscine..bien entretenue et matériel récent et propre (parasols-matelas).

Struttura di grandi dimensioni, personale disponibile ed accogliente, stanze pulite, colazione ottima, piscina spaziosa.

Solo l’illuminazione della stanza e del bagno insufficiente, per il resto tutto perfetto.
