I had bad experience

Just the location was good

Actually the hotel never cheap but the the service really bad i didn't enjoyed my stay in the hotel They gave a small room in the attic The roof was italic You can never move around the room easily. There are no slippers in the room And if you don't bring one with you this is a problem because the bathroom does not have a shower cabin the bathroom is overflowing with water And there is no wiper to wipe the bathroom floor from water If you go out of the bathroom to the room, the floor of the room will become wet and therefore the bed as well. And they already knows that i habe a small baby just 4 months And i told them if the can change the room for me because i need small balcony to dry my baby's clothes And they told me there is no other room however there was empty rooms

Not the place to get some rest

The staff are very friendly, the location is pretty central. The breakfast is rather good.

You pay for being in Lignano but not for much more. The parking lot is very limited so they place you at a paid lot instead (4,5€ per day). It’s very difficult to get a good night’s sleep because the walls are very thin and I could hear coughing/snoring from neighboring rooms. The fire alarm system also is super bright in the dark so I had to cover it with a frisbee to soften it haha… toiletries (soap and toilet paper) were not sufficient.

Very clean apartment at good location, with a nice terrace, and quiet aircondition. The staff was very kind and helpful at the front desk.

The shower was really small, its uncomfortable.

Rooms are clean and cosy. Very helpful and attentive staff. Quiet and convenient if you cycle.

Wished it was nearer to the beach, though it was still within walking/cycling distance. Bathroom is on the small side.

The single room was super tiny with a heavy loud door, but it was ok.

The hotel is lovely and clean.

The stuff there is very inflexible. For breakfast they were refused to do scramble eggs there is only hard boiled egg to eat. 2 sorts of sausages: Mortadella and ham, no vegetables, one sort of cheese cut into small cubes. The two ladies didn't take care of buffet. We needed to ask to bring more stuff because it was empty there already at 9 o clock. Breakfast is till 10 o clock and at 10 o clock also is checkout wich is bad because we didnt managed to go with bicycles one more round to the beach (when we checked in noone told us check out is at 10 am - wich is unusual for us). After we asked if we can have bicycles just a little more they didn't allowed us and said the bicycles are for other guests. Other guests come at 14 o clock when they check in so at our opinion they lied (didn't bother to take a look in computer or some kind of list they have for bicycles and hotel wasn't full at all). We wasn't allowed to leave our car there also so we left Lignano right away at 10 o clock after check out. 50 EUR for one person for a night in April is too much money for that small hotel, for a breakfast we got and such a inflexiblilty they offer. My friends and me we won't come to that hotel again because we are used to get little more flexibility at other hotels. And better pay more money also and even get better hotel near beach or city. Because that hotel is not so near beach nor city if there is no bike to borrow.

The room was nice, comfortable, clean I liked the bed as well. The bathroom is little bit small but functional. The price - value ration is great, I would go back again to this hotel if I would go to Lignano. Staff is really nice :-)

Lignano Sabbiadore ist dank HC RESORT und seinen Personal auch im WINTER eine Reise WERT.

War ohne zu Wissen der letzte Gast vor der Wintersperre.Wurde verwöht wie ein König und das Frühstuck war sehr lecker italenisch.Mir wurde nach einer langen Radtour bei kalten Wetter sogar eine Wasserkanne mit Tee auf das Zimmer gestellt.Komme sicher im Frühjahr mit meiner Freundin wieder.

Fehler von der Rezeption sollten korrigiert werden

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das ich gebucht hatte.

Ich finde es enttäuschend, dass ich nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten habe. Das erhaltene Zimmer ist kleiner und billiger. Eine Reklamation von mir wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Mir wurde das bessere Zimmer über Booking abgebucht. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, dass ich den Differenzbetrag von € 55,00 nicht rückerstattet bekomme .

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auf Wünsche und Anfragen wird sofort eingegangen. Wir wollten zum Beispiel das Zimmer wechseln, da wir versehentlich die falsche Kategorie gebucht hatten – das war überhaupt kein Problem. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend.

Freundliche Pension!

Personal war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich von Anfang an sehr wohl! Frühstück war in Ordnung! Lage war gut, so konnte man auch einige Schritte bis zum Strand machen. Für meinen Sohn und mich hat es sehr gut gepasst! Würden wir wieder buchen!

Ottima struttura in zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio auto privato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità da parte del personale, il livello di pulizia e le colazioni abbandonati con offerta di dolce, salato e torte artigianali. Dal punto di logistico la posizione è molto favorevole: in meno di 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia. Volendo l'albergo mette a disposizione gratuitamente anche delle biciclette. Consigliato!

Come eventuale miglioria - basata su una preferenza assolutamente personale - si potrebbe aggiungere alle colazioni anche dello yogurt bianco interno normale in aggiunta a quello light ed alla frutta.

Ottima accoglienza e personale. Camera pulita con qualche piccolo segno di rinnovamento. Bagno pulito. Colazione buona ed abbondante.

Posizione fuori dal centro soprattutto girando a piedi. Le stanze potrebbero essere aggiornate, sia nel mobilio (vecchio stile) che nei sanitari, puliti ma vecchi.

Premesso abbiamo fatto solamente 1 notte, ma l'hotel pur essendo piccolino per chi nn ha molte pretese è ottimo. La nostra camera era all'ultimo piano, piccolina ma passandoci poco tempo è stata perfetta. Colazione salata e dolce standard. Dista 15 minuti a piedi dai lidi e dal centro, per chi non ha problemi e ama camminare va bene.

Mettere un piatto doccia nel bagno della camera mansardata, dopo la doccia era tutto allagato, ci siamo arrangiati asciugando per terra con gli asciugamani ma é pericoloso e c'è rischio di scivolare e farsi male.
