The staff is welcoming. The facility is amazing and the food is nice. Special thanks to the staff who helped me when I fell down.
The internet data connection is poor and keeps disconnecting. TV is not smart to connect the apps entertainment. It has only Youtube .

You can explore all the facilities at other JA hotels; buggy service is reliable. Walking paths are also good if you want to walk instead.
Some staff are attentive to details; offered a mini surprise for a birthday.
Good restaurants though prior reservations are required for most.
Days later we found out some of our clothes were missing and when we got hold of someone on the phone to check, we were told there was nothing left inside our room. We sent another inquiry via Whatsapp and got a reply the following day that they have our stuff.. this was 5 days after we checked out. I wonder if/when they would actually reach out to tell us if we did not ask again.
