Good stay; after-stay service could have been better.

You can explore all the facilities at other JA hotels; buggy service is reliable. Walking paths are also good if you want to walk instead. Some staff are attentive to details; offered a mini surprise for a birthday. Good restaurants though prior reservations are required for most.

Days later we found out some of our clothes were missing and when we got hold of someone on the phone to check, we were told there was nothing left inside our room. We sent another inquiry via Whatsapp and got a reply the following day that they have our stuff.. this was 5 days after we checked out. I wonder if/when they would actually reach out to tell us if we did not ask again.

Amazing

Beautiful hotel Grand reception We had the junior suite which was very impressive

It is a bit far out from the city so taxi to the nearest metro is needed - ranges between 50-85AED each way so can add up if you want to go in and out every day. This will be different in the future once all the building work and extension of the metro is in place. Would still recommend this hotel .. we all loved it

Noise in the room

Morgenmad var god, pools og området var fint, rent, personale var venlige

Støj. Noise!!! Construction works on one side of the hotel and after moving to another room with golf view we were disturbed by rooftop night club or bar and could hear the noise and music till late night. Very disappointed about the noise . Long distance to everything else including Dubai city and very expensive to get a dinner at the hotel . Prices are overwhelming

The location, ambiance, breakfast, swimming pool, and landscaping were all very good

1- The check-in process was slow due to an error in their system related to my booking. I included my kids as well in the booking, but in their system it was only two adults and kids were not included. 2- A crib was requested and confirmed at check-in for my child; however, it was not provided. 3- The concierge staff informed us that the JA Shooting Club was complimentary and free. Based on this information, we visited the facility, only to later find that it required an additional payment, after a long reception waiting. As a result, nearly two hours were wasted due to the rush at the club and the return bus timing.

Location was just too far from Dubai luckily taxi isn’t too expensive. Food was passable but repetitive so got boring. Only 2 restaurants open and closely early Room service food wasn’t nice just passable

The new rooms in Lake view hotel

Breakfast quality, food quality. Room service can easy take one hour for delivery. Facilities near the beach are old and not smartly done. 20 min walking to beach (hotel lake view is not on the beach). You can get a buggy but it costs a lot of waiting time. Hotel is in middle of construction zone. Work noise starts at 7am. Next to hotel is car drifting track, causing terrible noise when cars a running.

Lovely modern rooms, friendly staff with professional service and good range of facilities such as the splash park

Restaurants very busy so need to book ahead of stay unless you want buffet. Sitting outside in evening was noisy due to the nearby motorsports track.

We waited for 20 minutes to get the buggy at the scheduled pick-up time (6:30 PM), while all of us had tired kids who needed to sleep. I had to call the hotel to request an extra buggy, and the team responded immediately and handled it on the spot.

Birthday Staycation

We love everything about JA Lakeview hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean but didn't have a good view though, i ask for the golf view. The breakfast was okay, few selections compare to hotels i have stayed with the same range of budget. I love the facilities, the activities. The kids enjoyed the amazing pool, equestrian center, the mini zoo, mini golf. I love the driving range and the walk paths. It was an incredible stay

So it was my birthday staycation with my family and kids and the restaurant selections are not that great, Captains Bar was closed at night time for dinner, we ended up going to sports bar. It is a sports bar I'm aware , but there is one table with loud guests outside, we requested for a table inside , it took forever to change table, the staffs were rude and they definitely need service training, they are just taking orders rudely, like it is a privilege to dine there. the food was average for what we paid, definitely not going back there. One staff said there is a complimentary on the fresh juice, then we ended up paying for it, no issue about it, just don't tell this discounts that you can't deliver.

The best hotel in UAE

Not first time in JA ( Lake, Beach, Palmtree..) The best customer service and all people who is working! The best food in Dubai! ( restaurant 81) of talking about Lake Hotel. The people who makes desert- you are angel of cakes 🙂 such a choice! Tasty! Design! All fruits ! Kids club - my son running there . ( if you stay HB and ALL- kids club free in BB - 50 aed per 2 hours) Great pool and have pool for adults only.

Restaurant staff was amazing they even helped me for gluten free food.

Valet was pathetic as my car stayed whole day outside and they even didn’t bother to search me out to understand how to open the car.

No great experience, hospitality element of the hotel very poor

I have asked for early check in and for the options provided on the booking (dinner for 225) but I was informed that this is not applicable as I had to stay for 3 nights minimum. They told me that room will be available at 15:00 while everyone else got the room around 14:15 when I moved to the room the bed for my kids wasn’t ready and no bathroom amenities. When I asked for the bed they told me I’m sorry we are very busy we will bring it later. We had to wait for the buggy over 15min to take us back to the room and at the property there was a dead snake that the driver thought that it was a point for the people that they wanted to see so he stopped the buggy for everyone to see despite the fact that some people have phobia with this.

Good holiday hotel but way overpriced food

Modern and spacious rooms. Great looking lobby. Very friendly staff.

Construction works in front of my window. Heavy machine noise starting even before 7am on most days. Two beds connected into one with a small but noticeable gap in between. Buffet price was way overpriced charging almost the price for the room.

Given room had water leakages from the roof. Slipped and injured my already injured leg. Was made to shift rooms ( different floors) with sleeping kids and luggage at 11 pm at night. Staff were not at all emphatic.

Disappointing stay – unhygienic conditions, poor hospitality, slow emergency response for my injured child, and extremel

The facilities are nice, but the stay was disappointing due to poor hospitality.

Unacceptable Hygiene: We found a large nail inside the toilet, which is extremely unhygienic and shocking. Lack of Basic Hospitality: We checked in late, and not a single gesture of hospitality was offered. In this extreme heat, no water was provided upon arrival, which is very disappointing and not in line with expected standards. Inadequate Medical Assistance: My son was bleeding, and I requested a first aid kit. The response was slow and unprepared. They didn’t even have a waterproof plaster, despite us staying at a beachfront property where such items are essential. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: One of your security team members was extremely rude to my children and to me. His tone, body language, and inappropriate staring. I have his name and you are free to call for details.

Lovely resort

The splash park for the kids was really nice. The buggy ride to the park was lovely. A lot of beautiful views on the way to the park and the view from our room was also very pretty. The staff were extremely helpful. They offered us coffee as we were checking in and were really kind with the kids too. Really enjoyable experience. Nice and clean too.

Need to use beach bugs to get to the beach and better swimming pools, very loud drifting cars near the hotel, no entertainment for children in the hotel, no entertainment past 8 o’clock, the hotel is on the desert far from everything, checkin from 3pm, but we had to wait till 5 o’clock to get the room.
