Here are the reasons why this is one of my favorite hotels. Firstly: I have a new Porsche, and I want to self-park. I had to tell only one valet guy only one time, and after that, every time I arrived at the hotel it felt as if I was coming home, no questions were asked, I could just drive straight into the parking.
Secondly: if anything doesn't go perfectly smooth, the front desk staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Rokiia was so professional and pleasant, with a smile that almost makes you forget there was even a problem.
Thirdly: the front desk staff deal with you with a personal touch. Irshad greeted me by my name in the morning before I even reached the desk! Well-trained staff, service oriented, in a hotel with one of the best views from the balcony you could find in the UAE ... what more could you want?
Room service staff needs additional training on how to address the hotel guests.
