Everything was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly, everything was clean even though it had just rained. Restaurants were great, bars were great and the pool/beach areas were perfect. Loved the petting zoo and falconry.
On the first night we had a connecting room - the neighbour was very noisy. But for the second night, the staff moved us to a new room which wasn't connecting and it was much better. They even moved all our stuff for us.

Breakfast is good. But the queue are long.
The view in the balcony is an empty rooftop of the reception. There is nothing good to see. I was expecting a good and relaxing view of the beach since it was beach hotel. but no. My experience was like a 3 star. Checking in and checking out took an hour. In the hallway of the room you can hear children and it is very loud.
