Would never return or recommend

Not a beach hotel very misleading, this hotel is attached to the Jebel Ali boat port. Hotel has regular noisy business events that happen during the evening. My room was not cleaned completely on arrival

What was meant to be a peaceful getaway ended up being anything but relaxing.

There was an Indian event from the evening until late at night, and the noise was so loud that we couldn’t sleep or even relax in our room. It was impossible to hear the TV or have a conversation. The worst part is that no one informed us in advance that this event would be taking place — if we had known, we would never have booked it. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. We came there to relax, but we left feeling more annoyed and stressed than before.

It was good but not a level of 5 star hotel.

The facilities of the pools and water park and entertainment things are very good.

1- For 5 stars hotel i didn't expect non shadow parking. 2-Very limited choices of restaurants to have lunch or dinner and even most of the resturants open only at 18:30 and fully booked, While the food delivery is not allowed. 3- The beach and sea is not clean as expected for 5 star hotel. 4- On top of all above we got bed bugs in our cabana room while the moved us to another room without taking care of anything regarding our clothes and our baby staff. 5- The terrance door of our caban ground floor room can't be locked. 6- there wasn't any toothpaste or toothpaste till we have asked for that.

Not satisfied.

Breakfast is good. But the queue are long.

The view in the balcony is an empty rooftop of the reception. There is nothing good to see. I was expecting a good and relaxing view of the beach since it was beach hotel. but no. My experience was like a 3 star. Checking in and checking out took an hour. In the hallway of the room you can hear children and it is very loud.

I can advise this hotel , but only block D.

We had vacation all family with 3 kids. There are lot activities for kids, 3 swimming pools, kids were so happy. Also beach is very close to the hotel. Animation every evening also was not bad.

I was little bit shocked when I saw dirty and dark corridors which we passed to reach our rooms (we lived in Block C). I didn’t see it on any picture of hotel. Then I understood that almost all pictures are done from block D which is new and completely different. Also the same situation was with food. In our restaurant food every day the same, and block D with more variety and better quality of dishes.

Everything the worst experience ever from the moment we checked in we felt unwelcome while others were greeted we were given unhelpful attitude the worst part is after we left i spoke to them about the experience and they blamed us and said we requested food from the buffet they made this false accusation after the manager apologized so it didn’t feel like a sincere apology they were dismissive and didn’t even attempt to fix the problem it was a false and humiliating accusation we dont pay this hotel to be accused discriminated and mistreated dont go to this hotel

Wonderful

Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and could not be more helpful. The facilities are excellent for children, and the splash pad is fabulous. We also requested an early check in as we were arriving early. I thought it was unlikely, but it was available. As I was travelling alone with a 4 year old, this made our short trip so much easier and much more enjoyable. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Very bad experience

The play area for kids …

I'd like to tell you my very bad experience with booking this hotel ja the resort ja the beach on 4/4/2025, it was very bad dealing by receptionists and it didn't seem to me my requests for reservation and confirming it to me that I had approved. When I got to the hotel, I was surprised that the 5-star hotel tells me if you wanted a room on the upper floors, you should wait 3 to 4 hours. And he forced me to take a room on the first floor -- the family for children and half personal objects after four hours, I got to my room and after a reception call about eight times. Pool cleaner is very bad, and I have pictures and videos that I have. At the time of exit on the second day, the receptionist called my phone at 12:00 p.m. and threatened me, if you don't come in about 15 minutes, I'm going to add a fee on you and tell her that I'm with my kids in the garden and told me that this is your problem, not our problem. And finally, I wouldn't advise anyone to book this hotel, and I'd tell all my followers on the media and by following me up on the latest appearances.

The pool was heavenly! The room was always fresh and clean. breakfast lunch and dinner was very good with tons of selections!

Sometimes the diner was closed and they relocated us to the hotel that was up the street or the sports bar that was a ways away. The resort is about 20 miles from downtown so the taxi fare can get pricy.

There are many activities for the kids and a lot of facilities that you can use and enjoy during the day the variety of restaurants and pools. The peacocks around the place look amazing.

The rooms are very small and even after the renovation you can still hear the noises, you can’t order food from outside. The rooms service food os not good at all.

Better stay in JA lake view or JA Palm Tree

I would rate the Beach Hotel a 6 out of 10. The hotel has an older layout with narrow corridors and low ceilings, giving it a somewhat outdated feel even after the latest renovation. However, the resort surrounding the hotel is stunning, with lush greenery that offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. For a more modern experience, I suggest booking a stay in the Palm View or Lake View rooms within the JA Beach Resort. The adult pool at JA Lake is a peaceful alternative to the other pools, which tend to be crowded with children. When it comes to dining options, I highly recommend the White Orchid restaurant for its amazing food quality, despite being a bit pricey. For a more budget-friendly meal, the sports bar is a great choice. However, I found the other restaurants on the property to be expensive with subpar food quality.

Worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in 14 years of living in UAE

Nothing at all

Everything. We paid higher price for a bungalow onto a garden, instead it’s onto the kids pool with screaming. On top of it was no view of anything at all, no beach no golf course no garden, just screaming kids and Eid market with doof doof doof all day until 8pm. A higher floor or balcony which is cheaper would be better than a bungalow, which isn’t a bungalow just a ground room floor! Very misleading when booking online. Restaurants had queue or waiting lists, service was pathetically slow ie 45 min after ordering English breakfast it still hadn’t arrived so we just left after politely asking 2x to follow up. After going to breakfast at 9:50, by 11:15 we checked out and went to Anantara instead. Worst waste of 2000 dirhams cost always told by management that they can’t refund a night cos it’s a booking.com booking, so we forfeited a night (1000 dirhams) just to get out of there.

Bibe rooftop. This rooftop cafe belongs to a much better hotel. Its a pity its there. Such a beautiful place, great music, great cocktails. The food is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Service is great. 10/10

Where do i start. We booked 2 rooms through booking.com for 3 adults and 2 kids “third adult is my 17 year old daughter”. When we reached, we found that we were given rooms in different floors. The excuse given to us is that we had 2 different bookings. Which is false. Patrick tried his best to at least put my kids on the same floor and he managed. He told me an extra bed will be arranged in the room. That was 3pm. We went to the rooms, put our bags, and left to walk around, played mini gold with kids “where we had to ask other guests to lend us a golf ball as you did not have enough golf balls for everyone”, beach, then we had dinner in Captains restaurant. Captains restaurant advertise everywhere “Mouthwatering pizzas”. So we ordered a truffle pizza, tuba salad, caesar salad and a lasagna. The pizza dough is a frozen store bought. Tuna salad was dry with no dressing. Caesar salad had dirty lettuce and a little to zero dressing, and the lasagna was burnt. Horrible food and extremely overpriced. No value for money at all. Anyways, we went back to the room. The extra bed was not in the room. I went down to reception and spoke to Karim. He assured me it will be done in max 15 minutes. After about 45 minutes, i called to follow up and Karim on the phone said he will send them right away, i said thank you and his response was “welcome bro”. BRO. The bed came in the next 20 minutes. Moving on, the room next to ours had a couple with a baby. They were very very sick. Coughing all night, baby crying all night. The thing is, the walls and connecting door were very thin that we could hear everything. We could hear the couple fight and scream over frustration of being sick. So i went to reception to have us or them moved. The response was, we are fully booked and we will tell them to keep it down and were asked to call reception when they are noisy again. Very very poor handling and suggestion. On the third day, we came back to the room at 5pm find that out that our rooms
