I have stayed at many hotels, but this stay truly stood out, thanks to the excellent management led by the General Manager, Mr. Orhun, who personally cares about the guests and responds quickly to any needs, as well as the entire team, who are friendly, positive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it rare to experience such consistent service across all departments, and my sincere compliments to the General Manager and the entire team for creating such a positive, comfortable, and memorable stay.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The biggest highlight is the staff — they are truly exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly, warm, and professional. The service level is outstanding. Mr. Serhan and Ms. Emi at the reception were amazing; they upgraded us to a beautiful room and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Mr. Mavi provided fantastic restaurant recommendations every day, and Ms. Fatima in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and sweet. The only downside is that there are limited evening activities. However, for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this hotel is an excellent choice.”

So the room did not have a refrigerator, it had a "chiller" not did not keep anything cold, it made it slightly below room temperature. This resort is not worth the price, have a much better time and value elsewhere on the palm. Also the check in process took over 30 mins just to check-in. The only saving grace for this resort is how friendly the staff are, they worked hard and were happy to assist you.

We booked this hotel for a weeks stay and thought it would be great stay for a peaceful week on the Palm, how wrong we were…..we booked the Marvelous Jacuzzi Suite, when we arrived we were told that this was the only Marvelous suite available. Upon entering our room we were really impressed with the size of it and it was a lovely suite….however we were not made aware prior to our arrival that our balcony would be facing a building site of a new hotel which just banged & clattered all day & night and also we were overlooking a beach club that had music booming all day 9am-9pm, we are not by any means party poopers but at no point in our weeks stay were we able to relax inside or outside our suite due to the noise and the dust outside on the balcony was beyond a joke, our jacuzzi was filled with it and the floors were awful to walk on with the dust & grit from the building site. The only part that we enjoyed was breakfast as it was really enjoyable and all the staff are very attentive and there is a good selection of food & beverages to choose from. I would not recommend this hotel, have stayed in several hotels on the Palm and this one really disappointed me I’m afraid.

Not a five star hotel by any means. The beach/pool amenities are old and outdated. It will take 25-45 minutes to get any drinks or foods. Beach service especially, is beyond slow and they were out of like half the food options. The food is very average and they give you wooden utensils. The rooms are fine nothing special. They are also building a massive complex next door so all you heard at the beach was construction noises all day long. I’d look elsewhere if you want a true five star hotel experience.

For me this hotel was terrible. I hadn't realised that the W is a party hotel - during the day there is really loud dance music playing and the adult pool is full of folks drinking lager. I checked out after 24 hours as I couldn't stand the noise. I did ask for a refund but the hotel has declined both my and Expedia Support requests. Thank you to the Expedia team for trying, but as the W reception staff put it "Its my mistake for not understanding what kind of hotel the W is". So, if you are into Love Island or Ibiza Party Hotels, I imagine the W is excellent. But understated Dubai class it is not.

The W Palm was an amazing hotel situated on the West Coast of the Palm Jumeriah. Views, dining, restuarants and hospitality was as expected from a luxurious resort set on The Palm, W Dubai - The Palm offers private beach access, several sparkling pools, plenty of live entertainment and several top restuarants. Highly recommended.

The Palm W is a really nice hotel, from food to staff to facilities. We had a great time at the hotel, my only issue is the foul smell once you step out of the elevator on the 1st floor, I have no clue if its damp, mold or just because its artificial land. It really bothered me considering it was such a nice hotel overall. To the W, please fix this its something we cant miss when we come in.

I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet. which also small choices of food. also when you ask something, you have to ask few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. stayed at Jw Marriott the week before and finish my trip 3 days at the W palm. what a difference in food, customer service and rooms. big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff.

From breakfast to dining to clubbing and everything in between, you can do all at this place. We will definitely be back the next time in Dubai and will highly recommend to everyone. Every thing was great, room,food,cleanliness,it’s was great stay. On the other hand the hotel sent me a review request, so I shared some points and comments in good faith, but the reply from the (Director of Quality Assurance) was inappropriate and offensive, and I also felt somewhat insulted. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the W. We stayed for 6 nights and found the rooms to be very spacious. I would recommend booking rooms over looking the city and pool area views. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming.
