Good location, great hotel

The hotel has a great pool. It is right by the boardwalk, nice to explore. The apartment was huge, nice and clean. The staff was always nice and helpful.

To reach this hotel you need a cab, it is not bad, just there is ko other option. I wish the beach, or the part of the sea for swimming was bigger.

Great service and good facilities, but poor room allocation and constant noise.

The staff were excellent , consistently friendly, attentive and professional without being intrusive. The hotel itself is elegant and well maintained, everything was very clean and in good shape. We enjoyed the pool and the beach area, and the breakfast selection was varied and of good quality; the concierge in particular was outstanding in arranging several excursions and restaurant bookings for us.

Despite the promotional rate the stay was still more expensive than many comparable hotels, and we were disappointed to find a large construction site right next to the property, with noise throughout the day when lying on the beach. Although the hotel seemed far from full, our family rooms were placed on the first floor directly facing the car entrance and main road, resulting in constant traffic and arrival noise day and night. Because of this the terrace was essentially unusable, and we did not understand why families were assigned such noisy rooms when there appeared to be many better options available. We regretted to "fall for the discount" cause it took quite a lot from the experience.

The place was amazing, very relaxing, a great place to unwind.

The room was very spacious and the staff were wonderful, especially the "Lady in Red". The pool area was very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was sensational, everything you could think of and all very yummy.

The pool bar staff were slow and not attentive. We waited at the pool side bar for 10mins and another guest had to get out of the pool to find a someone to go to the bar. Then we had to wait 10minns for the drinks to be made somewhere else and brought there. Takes a while in the traffic to get to the city centre from there.

Residences where big - fantastic big balcony reaching from the 2 bedrooms to the living room . Kitchen good size. 3 showers and 3 toilets . King bed and in other bedroom 2 twin beds .

A very good hotel with excellent staff.

The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and I give it 8.5/10 but it lacked wow factor. The eggs royale which is the benchmark of a good breakfast was excellent. The two restaurants were also very good. Nice pool and a good DJ on the weekends. Our suite was big and again very nice. Also spotlessly clean.

Disappointing arrival experience not from the staff who were excellent but the property as there isn’t really a lobby where people can congregate and have a drink or a coffee and the reception area lacks any atmosphere which is a pity. Hard to change it now but a lobby especially in a hotel of this stature should have atmosphere. I would have liked to see carpets in our room and the corridors. Whilst the tiles were nice they don't add luxury in the way that a carpet can. That there are only two restaurants. Whist they're good it does limit thing things somewhat.

good neds, a spacious apartment unique to have two bedrooms in a resort, with a good kitchen, quiet and the staff were delightful

I like the Kepindki brand, I have stayed with them before a few times and always been very happy normally very spacious and well thought out resorts/hotels. I was quite disappointed with this one. It is very old and tired. Although the staff were exceptional, I found the facilities and the hotel overall very tired and cold, with no atmosphere it felt like a 1950s Hospital. One of the things that I think made it cold was the fact that there was no carpet. It is tiled throughout and a lot of the tiles are chipped, which is not a good look. I certainly had much higher expectations from Kepinski. I also found the property very disjointed there was no flow to the outside pool area or the restaurant at the front of the pool. Nothing felt connected or flowed. As it's remote on the palm, it is also a trap because it only has two restaurants and room service. I found the prices for room service extravagant considering you are at their mercy.

A perfect stay with exceptional service, delicious gluten-free food, and a thoughtful team who made

Everything was perfect. From the moment we booked, Milena, the "Lady in Red," was in touch with us and made sure our gluten-free needs were fully understood. When we arrived, Rahim the concierge greeted us warmly, and the entire team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Chef Yusuf and the kitchen staff went above and beyond, explaining every dish at breakfast and preparing special gluten-free pancakes and granola for us, which were delicious. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife, which was such a lovely gesture. The service, the food, and the attention to detail made our stay truly special. We felt genuinely cared for and would love to come back again.

It was an amazing short stay - just one night, but wish we could stay for longer!

The friendliest staff welcomed us. The rooms were immaculate and the sea view magnificent. We spent about 4 hours in the pool in the very well-kept garden - so refreshing in the summer heat, with a draft beer in hand by the pool bar! Dinner by the Vilamore restuarant with a view across the Dubai skyline is highly recommended. And the breaksfast buffet did not disappoint either!

Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were excellent—spacious and comfortable (Room 523 is the best), and the hotel's location on the Palm offers the best possible view, especially for a spectacular sunrise. What truly set this stay apart was the remarkable hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel welcome at every turn. We want to give a special shout-out to Milena Chirich (Lady in Red), Ben (Front Desk), Raju (Porter), Mito (F&B - Breakfast Buffet), and Osrakana (Front Desk) for their exceptional service.

The rooms at the Kempinski are great, but the TVs are a disappointment. It's time for an upgrade—the old televisions are not what you expect from a hotel of this caliber, especially when most competitors now offer smart or Android TVs.

Everything was superb, top-notch service in all areas, special kudos for Milena and the concierge gentlemens. A great hotel to stay in, whether with family or alone, with quiet surroundings, extremely spacious rooms, and a great pool. The beach and sea are very clean, with a water temperature that allows you to stay inside the whole day.

Pillows are too soft for my taste.

There was a lizard in the room, and i was continuously being blamed by the hotel staff for keeping the doors open.

A magnificent 5 star experience!

Everything was amazing! This magnificent hotel is an absolute gem! Our 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view was huge! It was much larger than expected and furnished with beautiful furniture. Great value for money! The gardens and the landscaping are exquisite! Being right on the beach was lovely. A special mention to Milena and Shuh who attended to our needs with great care. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay here was way more than a hotel stay, it was an experience.

Overcrowded pool and loud music ruined our stay

The property was spotlessly clean throughout and also the apartment was beautiful

The pool was too overcrowded as even though the hotel was fully booked they still allowed day pass guests making it impossible to enjoy the pool. They allowed large inflatables and water pistols which was very bad and the music was so loud my ears hurt

Fine decoration, with fresh pink roses everywhere in the hotel. The garden is splendid and the pool and beach area phantastic. Appartments are spacious and well thought, while amenities cover all needs. Breakfast offers a large variety of choices, while a la carte menu for lunch/dinner is towards fine-dining, with well-prepared food and exquisite plating. The staff provides excellent service and nothing is impossible. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled. Congrats to all teams: concierge, restaurants, housekeeping, pool&beach!
