we are a couple and my girlfriend was about to check in earlier than me since she is arriving from an other country, even though she was on the reservation mentioned as guest Ahmed at check in did not want to let her check in. we had to insist which is pretty embarrassing as she is a pretty VIP person and she had to bargain with the Ahmed at the check in instead of getting a royal welcome at this beautiful property. Its downgrading to have such a bad experience. AGODA was negligent to pass on the guest info to the hotel even though its clearly mentioned on the reservation. Agoda is also not allowing to add on the second person s name on the reservation i had to specifically message them to add the second person s name since we anticipated this! BUT inspite being careful its still did happen. Pretty disappointing from this otherwise great hotel and ruining the start of our vacations
