Lux feel but a little tired. Rates are less than other Dubai hotels, so can be a good option . Staff and care excellent. Annoying loud music played on beach which is horrid if you like peace and quiet on the beach

The hotel location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, but continuous maintenance issues in the rooms is a problem. Not having hot water the first night was not acceptable.

This is a tricky review. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton from 19-24th Sept 2025. On arrival I was told there was renovation work on the beach by the Dubai Government and it was short notice. That may be true but I’m certain they had enough notice to inform me ahead of time but I suspect they didn’t because they knew it would be off-putting so they waited until I arrived. I heard them telling the same thing to guests checking in on the 24th and the work had been going on many days already so that seems to confirm they were waiting for guests to arrive before informing them. This was my first visit to the Ritz-Carlton and I’d been looking forward to it for months. Sadly the renovation work on the beach had significant impact to my enjoyment of the holiday. It’s was essentially a construction site on the beach with barriers separating sun loungers and sea and guests having to walk through a small gap and across large tyre tracks to get to the sea. Sections of the beach were restricted with the parts that were open not in the best condition with a white scum on the service and some debris and plastic. I’ve no doubt this is temporary due to the ongoing work but it was still very frustrating and disappointing. I feel bad for the Ritz-Carlton as it is the Government and not RC’s fault but when you’re paying a good amount of money for a 5 star holiday it left me feeling deflated. I’d stayed at the Waldorf Astoria the week before so was able to compare both hotels. On my first night at

This hotel is beautiful. They have alot of staff to help with your baggage or if you need transportation. They also have security. This made me feel safe. The front desk reception was very friendly especially Suman. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was spacious and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Also please check out the activities especially the Quad bike ride in the dunes in the desert. I give my vacation in Dubai a 10

The best among the best. My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay in this hotel. All the personnel without exception was amazing, kind and very professional. They really know what service is about. My wife and I receive the most beautiful welcome and during our stay we felt like at home due to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The in-room team did an amazing job to make us feel like we were in paradise. We made a good friend, Edwin, the security person. He is an amazing person. We left with a memorable experience. Thanks to all the staff who in anyway made our stay unforgettable.

This was an amazing stay. We stayed for 13 nights and they made us feel like family. We had tears in our eyes when we were leaving, from the front desk, to the pool guys (especially Jayesh and Kamal) to the door fellas who took good care of us and our amazing room attendants! The staff provided Ritz Carlton service 100% from the front desk, bell staff, restaurant, and pool . We enjoyed a couple of the onsite restaurants. The food and service were all excellent. The first night I woke up to a completely wet floor from a leak, and the controle for the AC didn’t work. They did change my room, but no letter apologizing for the horrible night. They use to put flowers in the room, but not one flower. I have staid at this Ritz many times, but must say it was disappointing. The room staff were amazing and welcoming though.

Service at the hotel is world class, every single member of staff with a smile on their face and can’t do enough to help you. Hotel, grounds and spa are glorious. The only downside I can say is the noise from the construction site during the night as the workers are working 24/7. The new construction site, coupled with the Five Luxe blocks out the sun for most of the day at the pool areas which is a shame.

Staff, rooms were excellent - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful - one area of concern was lack of sun in pool areas - and there were a lot of ants in these areas as well.
