A lovely clean hotel located on the Palm. Breakfast was great and room was very comfortable.

As per most other hotels on the Palm getting to and from isn’t the easiest due to the constant traffic. Also some of the basic items from mini bar are expensive, but again this is similar to most other hotels in the area. Also the gym is quite basic for a hotel that promotes wellness!!

Nice getaway retreat

We liked the friendliness of the staff.

The food was OK.. they did their best to switch it up but it got a little repetitive.. and we only had half board for 4 days!

Our initial room was facing a construction site. Be mindful of the “sea view” you book as the one side faces a construction site. We had to upgrade for a decent view.

A nice intimate family solution on the palm

Incredible family and kids friendly structure. It’s not a big structure and I consider it as an advantage. Super helpful and friendly staff supporting both adults and kids. Every day there is a different and nice menu offer. Flexibility to offer specific dishes for kids Alcohol free hotel

Best family resort with heart on the Palm

Best family friendly resort on the Palm! The staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make your stay special. Thanks to Maria for the special birthday treat, GK for the amazing food, all the waiters including Caroline and Jakeline attending our kids so nicely, Jason for the late checkout and Eddy for the best kids pool play and my doughters favorite kidsclub lady Marlyn. We come here since many years because you treat us with love ❤️ be back in 2026!

It was relaxing though

The wellness concept

The carpets in the room were dirty and was no proper induction to the wellness program on check-in. We only got to understand the concept of the hotel a day before check out after the wellness doctor informed. Lost out on a great opportunity.

Outstanding Hotel and Amazing Location!

Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Beach and pool were also great. Highly recommended and will come back!

Luxurious short stay

A large room with a balcony overlooking the water- city views in sight (amazing at night!) A very spacious room with plenty of storage and a lovely bathroom. The hotel itself is well designed; not cramped or squashy. Never had to wait for the elevator. Wide hallways. The staff were great. We felt like VIPs.

Be aware this hotel does not have a bar that serves alcohol, however the sister hotel next door does. This wasn't a problem as such, but something we realised when we were asking for directions. It may or may not have been mentioned in the advertisement; if it was, we missed it. The only thing I wasn't happy with was, we booked the room via booking.com at a "pay at the property" rate. Yet within (maybe) 24 hours I had an email requesting the first nights payment to "secure" my booking. I suggested the hotel change their advertising if they require a deposit. I did not pay, as it was secured via booking.com. I did however, pay in advance just before leaving our home country, about two weeks prior to our stay, yet I still received an automated message reminding me of payment again. So, I was contacted twice for payment. This was the only thing I wasn't happy with.

A wonderful relaxing break with everything you need at your fingertips

The beach was wonderful especially the 80m section of sea to swim in. No shortage of chairs either. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were comfortable and we had a huge balcony with magnificent sea view Staff could not have been more helpful

A stunning hotel with excellent staff, would definitely return!

The staff were excellent. The hotel was lovely and and clean. Rooms, including bathroom were good size. Food was fresh, quality and delicious. Sun beds were comfy and plentiful, no problem with people saving sunbeds. No spoking in outdoor restaurant and on the beach was excellent! Meany never getting stuck sat next to smelly fag ash lil while trying to enjoy dinner or sunbathing. Lots of food choices including vegan. Lovely guitar playing the evening music. Beds were comfy, view from room was fabulous (palm view). Water was included in all meals and in the room daily which we also thought was excellent.

TV was a little dated and wasn't a smart TV.

The ironing board in the room has seen better days and really needs to be of better quality. It was very difficult to iron on and hard to get creases out unless you doubled up with a cloth or towel, which isn’t ideal when you need to be somewhere quickly. I raised the issue with the concierge, as I was in a hurry to attend a wedding. They sent a gentleman by the name of UPENDER, who absolutely deserves to be mentioned. He not only sorted out the iron and ironing board but went above and beyond—seeing that I was stressed, he personally ironed my shirt with great care and did a perfect job. He is a huge credit to your hotel and truly deserves appreciation.

Very good choice and prices. Personal very good , Big thanks to Jihan at reception - he made a check in for us we had 2 rooms 107 and 108, he was very friendly patient and provided us with full information about hotel facilities

A perfect couple of days for rest and relaxation.

We were upgraded from a Deluxe Premier room to a Junior Suite and this made the stay much more comfortable than it would otherwise have been. View from the room was exquisite. The breakfast / lunch / dinner spreads were very good with a width of options. Swimming pool and own beach were both perfectly suited for the relaxation of a family. We had access to the Club Lounge which was also an added plus.

The housekeeping was a bit sketchy. By this mean, the floor inside the room was not really clean as we would have expected. We suspect that they are not mopping properly with soap or floor cleaning liquid.

Didn’t stay, went to another hotel

The fact they are not clear that it is a non alcohol hotel. Atrocious customer service & manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me. Nothing wrong with being a dry hotel, but need to be very clear considering it on the palm!! Mentioning it in small print in legal section is not acceptable. Apparently not 1st complaint regarding this according to staff & definitely won’t be the last!!!

Enjoyable stay, with wonderful friendly staff in all areas. A time to truly unwind in a beautiful location

Rooms were beautiful with a bathroom providing both a shower and bath Complimentary tea and coffee and refill of water on a daily basis . The cafe was a lovely comfortable setting with delicious hot drinks always served with a smile and politeness The pool and private beach easily accessible with luxury beds and towels and a swim up area for smoothies and light bites The gym was used daily and had up to date equipment and a clean enjoyable area

The balcony unfortunately had no view due to a palm tree blocking the sunset and pool area Our big disappointment was no alcohol and did not see this when booking. Therefore did not dine in the restaurants of an evening although they looked delightful. Location meant taxi service was required although these were easily acquired when required

All of the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful - every interaction I had with them was wonderful and they went above and beyond throughout the entirety of my stay, making my experience so much more enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful - the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Whilst the location is great, keep in mind that it is situated towards the end point of the palm. This wasn't an issue for me, as I just got taxi's everywhere but at many times the traffic was quite congested getting out of the palm and into the Dubai city - it was about 40+ minute journey.

Amazing location with exceptional staff.

The location is so dreamy, but what made the difference was the staff. Special thanks to Syed and Dawood, we are extremely thankful for the high level of hospitality they provided to us. The hotel is a good value for the money, don’t expect posh, but just comfortable and nice stay.

Great customer Service, Value For Money, Beautiful Location!!!!

The location is excellent. The customer service is very good and all the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Overall great value for money and will visit again.

We liked everything. But there are some suggestion the hotel may consider. Room size could have been bit bigger, considering a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai. We felt food spread could have been bit more 5 star like - for example there was no Sushi for a sea-food night!!!! We felt the pool is small and crowded.

An excellent hotel for non smokers and non drinkers

The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff were all brilliant and very helpful. The place was very clean and tidy with good size room and facilities.

As a smoker, there were 2 designated areas. It was a long walk to get there. If you fancied a drink, then this is a non-alchoholic hotel. You will need to get to the next hotel nearby for a drink.

5 star - overall too good

Very much impressed with the hotel and location , opted for half board , quality and variety of food was fantastic . Staff is very cooperative and hospitality also very good , it was a less rush day hence they upgraded to one suite which was very kind of them with good view . Kids activity room was also good and staff Overall 5 star , facility pool all deserves 5 star . It was my wife’s birthday and they decorated bed
