The check-in staff were very busy as there were a ton of guests all arriving at the same time as our party - BUT the check-in staff handled it, both, swiftly and professionally. Thank you NAVEED for understanding my situation and accommodating our check-in request. We had 2 rooms for a family of 5 and both rooms were clean and well appointed. The temperature setting in the room was perfect and the controls easy to understand. Beds were clean and comfortable and there was sofa bed in the bedroom was big enough to accommodate two people. There is complimentary water provided in each room and a mini bar with some snacks as well. The shower had seamless hot and cold water and the pressure is pretty good too. The breakfast buffet is very good and the service staff are exceptional - they will accommodate your every need. The Club Lounge was a bit of a disappointment when we arrived, as there was no food and drink left - that's not the hotel's fault, apparently the afternoon service closes at 5:00 PM and then re-opens at 6:00 PM .... However, I must compliment SOHAIL on his ability to handle the request of each and every guest in the lounge SINGLE HANDEDLY!! He was expertly maneuvering from one end of the lounge to the other taking care of everything without assistance. Hats off to you and keep up the good work - hope this feedback earns you your next promotion!! I did not expect to find a pool table and a foosball table on the beach by the pool .... who ever had the idea, it is Brilliant!! There's a lot of finer points which this hotel has thought about which they believe would add value to the guests' stay and they are right, it works. The most commendable feature of this property though is the STAFF - they are very efficient, professional and will go the mile to ensure client satisfaction!!

I didn't particularly like the positioning of the hand soap and lotion near the bathroom sink, it is a bit awkward to reach for it on the side - I would have preferred if it were placed directly in front and below the mirror. Couldn't get a Spa appointment unfortunately as they were fully booked. Not the property's fault though, but I think that there should be more staff available and probably offer the option of getting a spa treatment in the room. This is not a negative of the property ... I just ran out of space on the Pro side and couldn't add any more feedback.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms with their amenities, staff behavior was also professional especially at the box office / concierge. Location is great next to the most popular hotels in the Palm.

I didn't like the food options, the selection and ingredients were so poor. We have been told at the reception to check the website for facilities, F&B. some of the menus were not available as staff said that this is old (surprisingly), we asked about the happy hour for drinks, the staff said that it was unavailable and later we found out that there was a hidden menu for the happy hour but was not shared with us. it was not a nice thing, because you lost revenue more while trying to sell the expensive stuff you have. Our room was not sea view which was understandable, but it is overlooking on a building workshop behind and it was super noisy in the morning (not a pleasant wake-up call). The most annoying thing was letting some guests use the pool wearing their shirts which is super filthy and not hygienic and annoying for other pool users. we had to go to the lifeguard and tell him that this is not acceptable, so he went and talked to them but still the damage was there. i think you need a stricter policy on the pool to avoid such incidents to happen from the beginning.
