- Spacious room. - Great buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. - unpacking service provided by the butler. - great spa facilities and indoor pool.

- Bed is uncomfortable. Mattress was depressed due to usage. - Very slow room service. I had to chase them to clean my room in my first two days. - Butler is basically like calling reception and asking for help in any hotel. They don't do anything special like they advertise. - Outdoor pool and beach is lower quality compared to similar hotels. - Sea-side balcony is a terrible choice. Not only it's noisy (music from boats and car noise) but it smells like carbon smoke most of the time since it overlooks the road. - I had a large balcony, which is good, but there are small balconies on the upper floor and people were staring at me whenever I tried to spend some time there.

You must make sure you get what you paid for. I booked palm view room and was moved to 4 rooms before I had my room . Staff need to be trained to be professional and be honest and know what are the correct espouse to guests request instead of trying to convince the guest of what is falls and then apologize afterwards. Hotel itself is luxurious but the staff treatment made it bad experience. As for the lounge it doesn’t match the luxury of the hotel not the design or the food. Overall my experience was not good at all.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and accommodated any need. Booked again for next year and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Dina was especially helpful and was a delight - a true asset to the hotel.

I loved the place, but what I loved even more were the people working at the hotel. They were humble, cooperative, and genuinely kind. They turned every idea I had into reality. A wonderful experience worth repeating.

The property is beautiful, the facilities are luxurious, and the spa experience was excellent.

When we checked in, housekeeping came immediately asking if we wanted cleaning, which felt strange since we had just arrived. Later, after we went to the spa, I found that my personal items and towels had been moved by housekeeping without my permission. This made me feel uncomfortable as I prefer my personal belongings not to be touched. Also, we could not sleep well during the night due to the noise.

Returning to Raffles The Palm felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Even though I stayed just one night on my own, everything was perfect — from the warm welcome to the stunning room with sea views. The staff remembered me from my previous visit, which made the experience feel even more personal. Dinner and breakfast were both exceptional, and the peaceful time by the indoor pool was exactly what I needed. Raffles The Palm never disappoints — it’s my go-to place to unwind, reset, and feel at home in true luxury

Good memory : - location was great - marvellous palatial design - spacious room - huge bathtub - very nice ocean view from the room - the guestroom has nice interior design - prayer matt was provided - very nice and clean public prayer room - the washroom by the pool was clean, tidy, and bright - double sink with big mirror in the bathroom - clean, green, and tidy garden area - quiet and super private guestroom floor - friendly, polite, and professional staffs : Amar (if not mistaken) as check in staff, 2 staffs at the lobby/butler/bellboy (sorry really forgot the name), Shijo (if not mistaken) as my daily housekeeper - comfortable and high quality bedding (linen, pillow, bed) - walk in closet with iron - toilet and shower were separated - wide variety of food at La Jardin (breakfast & dinner) - the fantastic lobby & lobby lounge - anniversary cake and nice simple decoration. Thank you!

- the cleanliness really has to be improved. It was kind of neglected when we stayed there. At the restaurant especially. The ice cream stall was very messy apperently due to the children. It was understandable until I noticed that no one came to do the cleaning or at least keep it neat and appropriate while we eat. Another one is at the pool area. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone has to maintain the cleanlines and keep it tidy. Not sure if you lack of manpower, but I believe you have separate cleaning team to standby and focus on this. 5 STAR HOTEL, remember?!! - the housekeeper kept moving my stuff around. It was rude! You should not move guest’s staff unless it was necessary. I always left my room in a very very NEAT & ORGANISED condition! Even I already separate the dirty cutleries for them. I am an OCD, I cant stand if my stuff is removed from wherever I leave them. Example : he removed the iron board EVERYTIME. I need to keep it open and ready so easier for me whenever I need to iron my clothes. I dont think it will disturb you when you do the cleaning because my room was ALWAYS SUPER TIDY! I guarantee you because ITS MY STYLE! And also he kept touching my stuffs that I left on the working table. I repeat : DONT MOVE ANYTHING! After two days I had to write notes for him to make him stop. Fortunately, he was very nice guy so I forgive him. - the shampoo and all has a nice smell but not luxurious smell. To be honest, it was kind of cheap smell unfortunately. Not type of 5 STAR HOTEL fragrance. - I was frequently approached by some of the staffs for the CAMERA matter. Even two of them were very rude and aggressive. I already made a LONG FEEDBACK about it through the email. However, I am not satisfied with the answer. It was still kind of BIASED and even though I explained them in a very long narrative and super clear chronology, I cant feel the emphaty toward me as guest. The staffs at the hotel kept telling me that I am not allowed to use professional camera.

Location and the luxury

Wow! what can I say, another amazing stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai. I recently stayed here for the first time in May for 2 weeks and fell completely in love with the hotel, so much so I recently just stayed again for another 2 weeks in August. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the same friendly faces that I saw in May! Check-in was a smooth and easy process like before and my room once again was amazing. Being a solo female traveller, Raffles is somewhere I feel safe, the staff members at every ounce of the property are nothing short of amazing, kind and friendly and will make sure all of your needs are met with the highest form of professionalism. The pool is very large and is surrounded by families, solo travellers and couples etc. The hotel has a lovely restaurant 'Piatti by The Beach' and again the staff and food are amazing. Raffles is in a perfect location on the palm that is quiet and peaceful, yet despite all the ongoing building and construction, remains very quiet. A perfect location and very easy to get around whether that being DT, Marina, Business Bay, JBR, other parts of the palm. The hotel always smells amazing, and HK on the 4th floor are always so polite and friendly and will always do an amazing turndown service in the evening. The room and hotel are always very well maintained, including the beautiful gardens, water is provided regularly and always fresh towels and the bed is very comfortable. Raffles as a whole, has an amazing feel, so if you are looking for a solo and family friendly hotel, Raffles is your place - you will not be disappointed!

Great hotel, luxurious, very beautiful. We had a room with direct access to the garden and right next to the restaurant where breakfast is served, which was very convenient. Next time we will definitely take this type of room. The cleaning of the rooms, the service and everything was top notch. The breakfasts were excellent, a large selection of food and sweets. We spent a great few days. Unforgettable.

Very good position if you like staying at the Palm, a bit away from the other attractions of the city, but it is a matter of personal choices. The hotel is very romantic. The rooms are very large and elegant, with all you can expect from a 5 star hotel and even more. The pool and the beach are beautiful. Everything was very clean, very good housekeeping service.

It was really crowded and noisy. A lot of families with kids (we have kids so I understand, but we were on a couple weekend). After 10 am you will have to wait in line 10-15 min to get seated for breakfast, and when you seat it is very loud and crowded (go before 9am!). The quantity of food was good, the quality not as much. The pool also becomes quite crowded and noisy during the peak hours (but nobody was using the beach due to the heat in this period). Some staff members lack some attentions that you would expect from an hotel of this caliber. Two examples: 1. I was refused by a receptionist called Abdulrhaman a two hours extension in the check-out time without even trying to give us any alternative, or proposing to leave the luggage and use the hotel facilities for teh day (which is what we did at the end). 2. At the pool bar, the bartended almost didn't serve us a drink becasue we didn't put money upfront during check-in in our account. The hotel apparently does not allow to settlle the expenses at check out, which is a policy that I have never encountered in hotels of this category. Small things, but not acceptable in an hotel of this sort.

Luxurious ambience & exceptional service. The room was clean and very comfortable with elegant decor. The staffs : Melanie, Shimray, Gerald and Rico were polite, helpful and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and i recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is undeniably grand, with a spacious and elegant atmosphere that makes a great first impression. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool — it was excellent, and the entertainment team did a great job engaging with the children through dancing and fun activities. My daughter also loved being able to print a few pages in the business center, which was a nice and unexpected convenience

Despite mentioning our anniversary in the reservation and receiving emails from the hotel confirming that a special amenity would be prepared in our room, absolutely nothing was arranged. There was no acknowledgment of our special occasion at all. Overall, the experience felt rushed — from the long waiting times at check-in and check-out to the impersonal treatment from the staff, who seemed more focused on moving quickly through guests than providing a genuine hospitality experience. For a Raffles property, it unfortunately did not live up to the high standards we expected Breakfast was also very disappointing. The waffles were rock hard, the avocado toast was unexpectedly spicy, and gluten-free options were extremely limited
