We absolutely love tennis, and it’s wonderful to know we can use the tennis facility every day during our stay! The staff at Club Jumana have been incredible, helping us out with our bookings and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, our room is really spacious, making our experience even better!
We had breakfast at the Wild Orchid, and overall, the food was great! However, the watermelon was not up to par. I promptly informed the manager on duty, who tasted it and removed it from the counter.
The next day, we had breakfast at La Fontana, and everything was excellent.

The staff’s kindness and attentiveness are truly exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic kids’ club, splash area, multiple pools and relaxing spots, a beautiful beach, and a variety of restaurants. A complete change of scenery — simply amazing!

The hotel is very nice, and you do not feel you are in Dubai. Very secluded, despite being next to Jebel Ali port. The beach is not the best, but you have plenty of pools, kids areas, nice greenery and dozens of peacocks. The staff is always very kind and nice, and we even got offered a very late checkout and a free diner as they were overloaded during checkin.
Apart from the beach which is is very good, between the port and the palm jebel ali, the hotel was also over-crowded with other guests with families and kids. Not the best experience at the pool. The room was not very calm with noise from the neighboring rooms as well. Finally restaurants have a captive markets, and I believe it is too expensive for the experience.

The room and the room facilities were very nice. the golf cart team and the valet parking team were really nice people always with a smile. The checkin team was nice too but too slow. The area was very safe.
Pool was very dirty, breakfast too simple missing healthy foods and some better Fruit nice Granola. Overall better product for the breakfast. No water in the room the last day, check in was very slow knowing that everything was reserved.
