Perfect

We stayed in the Residence area/block which was without question worth every penny. We'd had a long flight from Australia and stopped in Dubai for 7 nights on our way home to the UK. We wanted total relaxation which we got in a beautiful setting. The butlers were all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate at all the restaurants and enjoyed the food at them all. The white orchard was our favourite.

It is a perfect facility without any limitations. The service and attention are polite and courteous. Guests are spread out across the entire area and the rooms are very comfortable.

Great resort with something for everyone away from the Biz of Dubai City

Palm tree hotel has a tropical feel with beautiful gardens. White Orchid, Kinara and Republik were excellent restaurants.

Superb hotel and customer service

Our suites were right on the beach which was sandy and clean. We were all inclusive so can say that all restaurants are amazing, absolutely the best we've had. We were fortunate enough to have benefit of the butler service which was amazing. Special mention to Shrayana who is a great benefit to the hotel. We have already rebooked for January. An additional plus was the exceptional WiFi throughout the hotel.

Not being allowed to swim or even paddle in the sea before a certain time in the morning. I can understand not allowing people to swim in the dark, but 7:30 is surely ok for an ankle deep paddle

Nice hotel not too far from Dubai

The hotel is nice. And depending on traffic it’s about 40min-1h30 drive to Dubai, 1h drive to airport of Abu Dhabi. The room was very spacious. The airco is too cold though and difficult to manage. Bfast is very good. Beach is white and long. Several pools sharing with nearby hotels. All in all the stay was good but you must have a car to go somewhere out. There are some shuttle busses but we didn’t use those. There is spa but quite expensive.

Good but used to be better

Wonderful relaxed location, plenty of pool options and the sports facilities are fantastic.

Unfortunately the small touches that used to make this excellent have dropped off. The dates and cold drinks, every restaurant being open for breakfast and lunch, the personal drink service with breakfast, the minibar refill. This coupled with the fact the watersports centre has closed and a lot of meals and drinks now carry a surcharge has brought this down a level in my opinion.

A beautiful one night stay

Everything about the property was exceptional! From the beautiful greenery and peacocks roaming freely around to the soflty decorated serene bungalows overlooking lush landscapes. The service was outstanding all around and shows the dedication of a unified team to ensuring a guest is truly cared for! What’s worthy of a mention is the abundance of amenities and services available that make the hotel stand out! My family and I will definitely be looking forward to our next visit and hopefully a much longer stay!

One night stopover

We only visited the hotel for one night whilst travelling around the AED. The fact that there are 3 different hotels with all different facilities to access was great. The marina was lovely and there was a great variety of pools to choose from Although we were disappointed that the splash park was closed which we were not made aware of when booking.

The rooms were quite tired and limescale coming from taps in the bathroom. I feel the hotel requires some aspects of moderation.

Returning to this hotel was a joy. The property is still stunning. Chef Mahdi’s dishes were exceptional—crafted with care and creativity. Bam from the buggy team was equally impressive, always cheerful and attentive. As a repeat guest, I felt truly remembered. That personal touch made my second stay even more special.

It is offering all kind of options to its customer with its many pools, beach and kids activity and peacocks are just so random and so nice to see along with the fishes all around the tiny rivers

Thé restaurants are limited for a family vacation. Some restaurants didn’t allow us in as we were wearing flip flops or didn’t have a booking and they don’t allow any order in. So they need to make more restaurant available with international cuisines as they already have 3 far locations which we can’t go on a buggy as the buggy wait in the hot weather is not at all fun for the kids

Good stay for family

Comfortable room size and bath size. Balcony was great way to separate kids and parents.

Sofa bed was a floppy uncomfortable mattress. We now have very sore backs due to poor quality of bed. TVs should be updated to use Netflix.

nice hotel but needs way better service system and customer care

The water in the small pool behind anchor pool and in the splash pool was not clean. It took 40 minutes for a buggy to pick us up from the room and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the second one to get to the restaurant for dinner. we booked restaurant 81 for our dinner but when we finally arrived, they said no booking is recorded! at check out, they told me that I have charge of 130 dirham on my room as I had a drink at the pool (which wasn't true) so it took them 45 minutes to process the check out! at last they realized that the charge was for the same room number but in the JA lake view and not me on the palm tree court!!

Everything here is just wonderful. Right from the staff at reservation desk, she was really helpful in explaining the details to us about this huge property of JA resorts. All our requests were accomodated well. The golf cart staffs were also friendly, talking to us and giving us a glimpse of this huge property taking us for a tour around. There are so many pools, play area, splash park, Tamr pool we enjoyed alot, there is a zoo for kids to visit. Best is Palm tree court experience is the best, nature/ forest living…never imagined there is a property like this spread in 1 M acre of land in Dubai. I am short of words to sum up my experience. So many small waterfalls, peacocks, birds..in awe of this place and surely going back. Worth the money. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of the guests so very well 🫶🏼❤️

The finest escape resort with an unbeatable vibe in Dubai.

We have been visiting Palm Tree Court/Jebel Ali Resort for nearly two decades. We used to be beach club members, and our elder daughter grew up at the resort. Now, we always enjoy spending staycations there whenever we can. The vibe of the resort is unbeatable and the food is fantastic.

I didn't like the valet parking chaos during check-out; the car was moved after four days to a location where it could not be found, and in the meantime, the suitcases were misplaced. It was madness after a relaxing four-day weekend.

An experience to repeat. Regretting it was so short.

We appreciated literally everything. * Very attentive and friendly staff. * Perfectly maintained territory. * Lots of qualitative restaurants and beach bars. * The "Palm Tree Court" section is just the best: a dedicated area, pool, abundant availability of sunbeds at any time of the day, a large private beach with very few people. This is definitely the part of the resort where we would love to return. Mind that the prices at the restaurants are high. Taking half-board or all-inclusive really makes sense. Beautiful peacocks wandering around are a cherry on the top of the cake that will make the place even more memorable.
